After the second one, I realized what was going on. I was able to guess Yagrum Bagarn, Caius Cosades with a skooma pipe, Dagoth-Ur, and a swarm of cliff racers. Almost all the others made me say "Oh, of course!" The only one that I still don't think is obvious at all is Vivec the demi-god. Vivec the city is so painfully obvious that I'm mad at myself for missing it.
Edit: After pulling my phone further away from my face, the one with Vivec looks clear as day now.
