Grab a bottle of water and take your detailing to the next level!
Our official recommendation is distilled because there is nothing else in the water. Tap water can be used but keep in mind there may be minerals in the tap water that may impact performance and have a negative effect on desired results. And absolutely no other chemicals to be added in the spray bottle like, quick detailing sprays, soap, etc.
The water technique is not bad, but I like to use Meguiar's M34 to lubricate my pads, to wipe away stubborn polishing residue and or extend the cycle, and the finish is great. Only problem is that M34 is more expensive than water 😉

😮😅😅
The black hood with tape down the middle looks great on both sides.
Does it matter if the water is distilled or not?
