Great info! Video recording tip: Limit your swinging. I was affected by the movement. The other extreme is Josh, the RV guy at Bish's RV. Somehow he keeps the camera at a fixed position so it looks like he's floating. Pick something between. Again, just a tip for continuing good info (I'm a F/T RV'er, so I find what you are doing very interesting.) Keep it up!

I had to close my eyes and just listen to you while only glancing at the screen occasionally. Great information, but please stand still!

How do you like the trugrid ? Does it work well for both roads and pads? Are you using the concrete ribbon curb on the new part of your park? Thanks for filming your experience.

It looks great but its very expensive overall. We did not have the space for a detention pond so we had to do it. And the county is changing this year so I don't even know if its going to be used by us again... in other words, space is your friend. So I have mixed feelings. Overall I think we did it right and Made sure it was very stable underneath...

Where is your park? How did you find it? What was the cost to build the back portion? What’s the cost for the “update” to this portion of the park? What’s your normal business? Why did you get into the RV park business?

If you had used CAD the planning would have been a lot easier. You could import an aerial photo in the bckground.

CAD does not directly translate to tree locations and roots and small things that only can be done in the field.

@@RVParkProfits I used CAD for years to design streets. subdivisions, water andsewer lines. Even used lidar for elevations. Imported photos for locations of trees, powerlines, utilities and such.

@@rushkittle5203 yea makes sense. We had stamped engineered drawings but in the field we had to make changes.
