- I have been needing to clean up the shop and have an easier way to move cars around in the shop since most of the time parking is pretty tight. Well I found exactly what I have been needing but didn't know I needed it until I saw it.

Good demonstration
These dollies are excellent for small spaces, and there are also four-wheel moving car dollies designed for storage.
Those are awesome! I Understand the reason for 3 wheels is to create 3 points of contact so no rocking vs 4 wheels.
Good tools to have. I didn't even know such things existed. I'd suggest that they're only to be used for actually moving the vehicle, not keeping them supported for any length of time. Re the tripping hazard, once you've put the car where you want it, put the stands back on and remove these dollies. Nice vid.
Proper placement on the car forward vs aft would also help keep weight on all 4 stands. Only 4" of travel up and down is kind of a downer..... Overall a cool tool for the shop!!!!
Super useful I can see those becoming part of your regular arsenal 👍
Definitely project cars in your garage. 😂
It's been a while now. Even if there's not enough yet for a video, do you have any updates on the Superchief? It's such a rare car, I've been dying to see more progress on its restoration.
Wow this is exactly what I need to move my build around, thanks for doing a review. I’m definitely gonna get these tomorrow.
I think you could make some of these pinch weld pretty easily Dave. To your engineering specifications. Agree - very useful 👍👍
You could make them yourself Dave or something similar. It's a very simple design and I'm sure you can weld. 👍👍
More gtir please got one myself for 12years 🇯🇲👊🏽
Great review, these def could come in handy
I was just at Harbor freight this morning and didn't see them but i only paid good attention in a different department then what these would have been in. went there for a specific item. i was thinking good thing i didn't see this first otherwise i probably would have brought a set but now I am actually kicking myself for not see this first because I do have a car all tore apart with no suspension on my hoist that is at a standstill but i could really use it for a jeep project that is put on hold because of the hoist being a temporary storage shelf.
Another great video. Dave I found on evilbay AU a 4 wheeled dolly, Omegalift 47020A 3-in-1 heavy duty 900kg car dolly set. Maybe worth a look.
did you forget about the super cheif woodie
Those pinch weld dollies are something I could use, but I'm in Australia, so no Harbor Freight here. I thought I'd check the auto shops here and eBay, but nothing available.
Awsome buy
I'd be curious to know if the pinch welds hold up without twisting or bending/folding under movements of the car. Its not much surface area
Hello Dave , they look pretty decent to me. Could the rubber pads be removed so that the pinch welds are clamped steel to steel? I am glad to see you so excited about these , they definitely will be handy to have. Thanks Dave and thumbs UP!!
Hey Dave, is that a BCC on the top of your head? Better get that looked at.
Hey Dave, i sent you an email a few days ago. Just needed to pick your brain for a second on a 5.7 durango motor swap!
Hey Dave question for ya have you heard of someone doing a 6.4 swap on a magnum and using the factory 5.7 harness and using a 2009 dodge ram pcm and crank sensor then adding a factory 6.4 scat pack tune and they have a part from jegs to operate the intake opening up just wondering if it is a possibility or not seams a little more cost effective can I get your opinion please and I have some of them pinch rail stands and love them
I looked on Harbor Freight. It does say 1800lbs each, 3600lbs for the pair.
That's 600lbs per wheel, not bad. I wonder how long they will last and if they 'flat-spot' if left loaded for any length of time.
@@GrayRaceCat no it's 1800lb per dolly, so 1800lb per wheel and 7200lb with set of 4
@@remixdan17Yes, except I was referring to the wheels on the Dollies, not the tires/wheels on the car. 1800 LBS divided by three wheels per Dollie equals 600 LBS per wheel, a very reasonable load for a wheel of that size.
Question…could these be used to roll the car out of the garage onto a rough textured driveway? Thanks!
Keep the work up mate lol UK 🔰👊🏽
Just asking: what happened to the Keller?
Four points safer not three points those wheels not good roller s I'll pass on them u got a machine shop ur a welder u got the material so u build one my opinions merry Christmas junk yard Dave build it done.t buy it lol😅
