Hazardous Environments takes the form of a protective radiation suit that covers the wearer from neck to toe (Although a helmet can be manifested as well should the user desire) that provides reliable protection against a variety of hazards including bullets, blunt force, extreme heat, explosions, and of course radiation. Note that this ability can only be maintained so long as the user is able to keep Hazardous Environments supplied with energy, which will be depleted upon taking damage (Note: The energy in question can be provided via a wall mounted charging station or alternatively converted from various batteries/power cells the user is able to acquire; although the amount of energy restored through this method may vary depending upon the yield of the battery/cell in question.). Hazardous Environments also is able to communicate with the user directly, providing updates on nearby environmental hazards, monitoring vital signs and any outstanding medical conditions, and in extreme cases is capable of administering morphine. Hazardous Environments allows long-distance communications with individuals so long as the user has made prior in-person contact with the individual in question and said individual also possesses a cell phone, radio, or similar communication device. Hazardous Materials provides a moderate boost to the user's physical capabilities, providing increased strength and reaction times. Also, as long as Hazardous Environments is active the user will tire at a greatly reduced rate; able to go days or even weeks without any noticeable decline in physical or cognitive performance. In terms of offense, Hazardous Environments possesses the ability to copy any kind of weapon or tool regardless of size or ammunition type so long as the user would be capable of wielding them unassisted. The weapons are stored in a separate pocket dimension in which the user can call upon and switch out any of them instantaneously. A maximum amount of 14 weapons/tools can be stored this way. Finally, Hazardous Environments has the attributes of an ACT Stand, although only 2 have been discovered as of writing. Act 1 allows the user to perform a "Long Jump" that will carry them across considerable distances in quick succession, dramatically increasing agility. Act 2 gives the user the ability to see at increased distances, allows the user to move considerably faster briefly as a "sprint", and for a short period of time provide oxygen when submerged in bodies of water.
