So, I decided to buy an X1 and this might be blasphemy, but I think I finally found something that has dethroned the Ayaneo Kun as my favorite handheld. I am blown away by the versatility of this thing! And that 11 in screen has already made playing games on anything smaller a problem! It really is a beautiful thing to behold. And surprisingly, it's not that heavy in the hand. The weight is all in the tablet, but the controllers are very light. Now, no device is perfect, so I do wish the controllers didn't cover up one of the USB-C ports, the analog sticks are very loose, and the keyboard sometimes acts glitchy when reconnecting but these are minor gripes. I love this thing!
I was getting lost in videos about afmf and lossless scaling since I was looking at fps and resolutions to expect before deciding which to handheld to buy. Surely this video comes out when I wanted see black myth wukong performance on the x1. It looks good and doesnt even need framegen! Thanks for the video and perfect timing lol. I'm leaning toward this device for alot of reasons. For now I'll enjoy the gameplay
Yeah I wanted to show some gameplay without frame gen because it seems like every one loves it just for the higher FPS numbers. In most of my test it doesn’t actually feel better but it introduces latency and artifacts. Like 100fps with frame gen still fells like 50 most times 🤷🏽♂️😅
Look at his health, mana and stamina bar. He is obviously in NG+ with all the upgraded stats and he's probably using a crit build, that's why his light attack damage is high.
SSD upgrade on X1 AMD version Hi all, Could somebody tell me if it’s possible to swap the SSD of the X1 AMD version. I’ve read that the intel one has glass panels that break easily when trying to access the internals, but a OneX representative on YT referred to the AMD version as being ‘upgradeable’ and it’s also mentioned on their former IGG page. I just ordered the 1tb version, assuming I could put my own 4TB SSD in, but am kinda worried now that the whole swap will damage my device (I’m not handy).

I’m loving the X1 as well! Kun has never failed me so I won’t replace it as my favourite just yet, but the X1 is definitely amazing!

I hope they release a VRR screen for X1 and better anti-reflection coating on the screen
That would be dope! I have a matte screen protector on the way for the X1 to test out. That may interest you
Is it an Oled screen ?
what about the battery life with this kind of games ?
It’s not OLED. Battery life at 30w is around 1.5hrs
It’s a 65wh battery.
