In this episode, I sit down with Mayu and Elliot to discuss their off grid living situation in Okayama, Japan. We discuss how their experience of bicycle touring is connected with lifestyle choices now, living with the four seasons and tips for setting up your own off grid home.

What he said about experiencing time physically via the plants, the moon, the environmental conditions vs a calendar or computer is a very fascinating and practical and healthy observation.
This off-grid approach imho is tricky. Community can have problems but also can be an enormously positive resource as well eg living within a village.
