- Street Fighter 6 Final Boss and Ending in World Tour Story Mode. The finale of the game kind of. The final boss was way above my level here and I didn't want to grind so went into the fight using some items. I've included the Ending, and post credits scene. Enjoy!

In case people are wondering, the enemies in world tour are super spongy and deal insane damage. So I chose Ken as my Master and used his kicking to get them into corner then follow with otg throws, into drives. This combo is relatively simple to perform and most importantly trivializes most encounters. Regardless the ending of this mode sucks. Nothing was really resolved and just felt lame lol. I did enjoy the mode. Something new to run around in. Enjoy!
Speaking of Ken, how is he doing in World Tour?
@@PrimmXzin He still has his fighter spirit and good heart, but he has avoided his close friend, been detached, and tried to solve the problem by himself. Even though his close friends know that he has been set up and try to help him, he is still not ready to go back to his family or his own business.
Overall, the story in SF6 right now has more questions than answers.
I would like to think the story would get extended when the dlc characters appear on the world tour.

This was weird. In the prologue comic, JP had a clear goal and a carefully laid out plan; destablize Nayshall for profit while framing Ken and the local resistance for the whole thing, getting away scot free in the process
Here, he decides to blow up a bunch of people for no reason using a belt that everyone knew he was in charge of. Nothing to gain and no scapegoat
I think his plan was to frame Bosch for it as he held it when it blew up. But then Bosch was able to throw it away at the last second
Gotta remember, people are dumb, if JP has enough "positive" public perception he can just say he is innocent and morons will believe him.
I think we all knew this was going to be a flawed story but least we got a semi open world out of it our avatars can run around in lol
Apparently, I looked into this when talking to JP, he said that Bosch BROUGHT the bomb to the award ceremony, but I don't understand why he would detonate it if he knew the bomb was the belt. Again maybe is to frame Bosch.
you gotta read that dialouge. he did it cause it amused him. sometimes men just want to watch the world burn.
Damn. I lost against Bosch. Couldn't figure out how to deal with his dumb freakout attack. Glad to see it doesn't change much of the story.
Jump the first attack and parry the rest. And just chug a lot of energy drinks to restore health.
Something tells me We might get a story mode expansion or something like street fighter 5 shadow falls
I really want that like world tour but need more the street fighters other them being out masters.
Capcom confirmed that at least all DLC characters will be added to World Tour mode and that it will be expanded upon. I wouldn't be surprised if we get more campaigns as time goes on.

I would kind of like to see Bosch as DLC even if he is technically dead in the ending, but the game could set up him turning out to be alive thanks to the power he wields (don't know what it is at the moment) but has his mind fully corrupted. The avatar would in some way help bring his senses back, which would enable him to be a "master" but in a different way. For the avatar to learn his moves, both characters actually train with each other as equals with the reason more being to help Bosch control his power while also giving them a more deeper connection as fighters.

I feel like the World Tour is gonna get more stories added to it. Just like Luke said, this won't have a real ending.

This better be the case. Some of the lines from the Capcom showcase trailer weren't even featured yet (Luke telling the Masters they've been set up and Dhalsim talking about Satsui no Hado)

I loved World Tour but what even was this ending? Nothing gets resolved, JP isn't killed or stopped he just gets beaten up by the player. It's so frustrating especially if you were attached to Bosch and his story towards the end.
It's so frustrating, I chase after him for the whole game and then he just fucking dies.. I really liked the interactions with him and the avatar at the start. I hope they pull a Nash with him because he deserves better
no kidding, I mean shit the entire story from the beginning is literally about finding Bosch after he’s kidnapped and then they just kill him off like we didn’t just spend the entire game trying to save his ass
I love the final line JP delivers to the player. You beat World Tour, "And now what? None of this means anything at all."
All your level grinding, bonding with all your favorite characters, none of that stuff matters, because World Tour mode is not Street Fighter. Nothing you do here will prepare you for the main game.

Wait so our character beat the main villain? Is this story even canon? So Luke done nothing? Lmao...even Alex canonically fight Gill during SF3. They hype up Luke in this game like he was the new main protagonist. This feel like a DB Xenoverse story where the custom character beat the main villain
This game felt like Capcom saw how much money Dimps was making from Xenoverse and Decided to copy it somewhat with a SF flair
@@JukainPwnsSurvives I can see that. Man it just sucks that SF didn't get the story treatment like MK or at least Tekken level. I mean this is Capcom, they have the budget to do it. Imagine a full blown SF story mode where the quality is equal to DMC5 cutscenes. That shit will be crazy awesome. For some reason Capcom seem to not go all out with their fighting game department. Don't get me wrong, I love SF6, easily the best looking SF so far but yea you get what I mean right.

So the story isn’t over. I’m wondering if capcom is going to have a story expansion for world tour. Maybe tie loose ends like if Bosch lived and the upcoming dlc characters appearing as masters
And most of all, giving JP what he deserves
Nah literally it just tells you to go online. I doubt the new masters are gonna bring more to the table but I hope I'm wrong. Although it wouldn't be the first time Capcom releases a game with a "true ending" behind a paywall (Asura's Wrath *cough cough*)

I thought it was a little weird to completely end World Tour after that fight. Especially since you can visit JP in the Stadium, after-the-fact, at night, to learn his art. Also, how does one get the pink health meter and damage numbers. I had those when I equipped the demon wings, but doing so drains your health.

it’s trash. the arcade mode endings are trash. Very very disappointed that there is zero development in the mainstay characters Ie Ryu, Ken, ChunLi, etc. I’m hyped for their gameplay and design but it amounts to a bunch of nothing canon wise.

@@Perdix64 I don't see how, Ryu is a hobo still and got sandals and said fuck it to shaving, Chun Li put pants on her fat ass. That's what we got. Sigh...well least it's actually past SF3:3S but they did nothing with the story, did Ryu train with Oro, what happened with the Illumaniti, Q/G, and never really had a final fight between Ryu vs. Akuma which clearly it's probably his dad if you've read other semi-canon pieces. That and the pushed on some zoomer twat named Luke like that's a good idea, he's annoying and not main character material. It's like trying to replace Kazuya in Tekken, minimally Jin (albeit I hate Jin nowadays with his emo twat muffin stuff) Jin was at least a natural progression of Kazuya.
But again I'm expecting too much from too little and developers just don't care anymore about appropriate stories. Honestly, I figured they fucked it up so much that Rose's ending was going to lead to SF6 being about some time travel McGuffin kind of like MK and resetting the universe. Which would have been worse IMO. So least they didn't go that route.

Hopefully The Story Expands In Future DLC When New Characters/Masters Get Added Into The Game, Maybe Even Make Some Countries More Open World Like Metro City And Nayshall
This screams Street Fighter V vibes. Everything seems unresolved. Capcom up to its tricks again. I'll wait till a good discount comes along. Or wait for more DLC in the coming years.

@@ismaelhayes9317 You're right. The story mode feels bare bones, unfinished, unsatifying. Almost feels lazy.
This ending was a huge let-down, ngl. So many questions about Shadaloo and JP left unanswered and it "rewards" you with Bosch fricking dying... This mode just seems to be an introduction to fighting games for new players. That's cool and all, but what about the people that care about the lore? Also, it's so unconvincing that JP is one of the only masters that actually loses to your character. Still enjoyed this mode
Dlc
This will definitely be ansewered in DLC. One of the upcoming DLC fighters is Ed, the founder of Neo Shadaloo.
I think a lot of the side quests and character dialog are good, and there's a bunch of cool moments, its just the main questline overall is pretty weak

Welp, I guess that this villain was better than Capcom's alternate choice, a gang leader named N. Pipeson. He dresses like a cop and uses a mysterious force called "Sike-Ho Power".
Yeah, I don't know how we went 13 chapters and got an ending that resolves literally nothing except Bosch (which even in that case his character arc was just corrupting his body and then dying because of his half baked plan.)
Thr whole game story was half baked. Nothing happens. Nothing is resolved. The ending amounts to nobody knows.... fire the director and writer

Men, the final showdown with Jp reminded me of the end of the Dorian character from Baki the gappler, who knows if anyone thought the same?
What gear did you have for this? I'm on the same level but his casual move does more damage then my special moves and, its making the fight a drag.
I just bought whichever ones that had high stats and leveled then up. It's been a couple months so I can't really remember fully the names. Remember to upgrade gear as well. Not just buy new ones

Honestly i think this must be a Cliffhanger Ending.
This story mode makes SFV story look like planetscape torment by comparison.
I was hoping JP would turn out to be misunderstood and opposite of M.Bison. smh
He actually is, if you talk to him afterwards. He asks you if you think the world is just. I answered it's not. And then commended the realist sentiment however revealed that he prefers to see good in people and thinks all human achievements are built on good. And that using the good of others for one's own sake only is evil.
He also acknowledges that his actions have caused suffering for the people living in the slums but at the same time thinks that progress can't be made without causing something else wilt and decline.
He's a man dualities, neither good nor evil but chooses good over evil.

Glad i installed a mod to set everyone to 1 health after chapter 13. Was hoping for a great ending, but i feel bad for the folks who put 25+ hours into this campaign

First off, world tour story is set in your narrative and it’s like Open world for you to explore the universe of SF. It only became story mode in later part of Chap 1

This is the first Chapter ending….. not a real ending. Yall complain before yall go check world tour map or become detective.
There are metro missing station, half map that did not get used, one of the big street did not even have contents in metro city. Nayshall has a path that lead to other zone but was blocked. Clues about the next chap, secret questline, hints from easter egg and location. Yall just walk passed everyting and be like… where is the content??

@@abelito6031 What he said. But JP is underwhelming here. Nothing devastating with his version of psycho power....Ed is going to be a DLC.
@@abelito6031 Which makes no sense because a whole bunch of people could use Psycho Power. Ingrid, Bison, a good chunk of the Dolls were engineered to, Decapre can use it naturally and Cammy is supposed to develop it eventually. The Psycho Drive wasn't the source of the power, it just let Bison mind-control others who could use it.
JP was pretty much Bison's accountant. Why someone like that was given the power, I have no clue. But yeah the writers are terrible. A bunch of lore went sideways in this game.

I thought this story was good and played out well but from the comments im seeing its somehow worse than sf5, guess im in the wrong? Also it really isn't "Resolved" and I don't think it should be, just because theres the possibility of new characters and expansion as well as the whole message behind "What is strength" and that "Never ending journey" type beat.
You do realize this is how companies get away with adding dlc to a game that isn't finished and expects us to pay more for dlc that should have been in game. If the story was complete I would have bought the dlc. But not now. The ending left a sour taste.

@@NeffyXIV nah don't worry. I definitely do no mind paying devs for dlc if the base story was good. Last of us 1, witcher 3, red dead redemption had solid complete stories in base game and then expansion and dlc made it better. This story mode has nothing really resolved. I'd be hard pressed to buy dlc for the story at this point.
@@Rubhen925I think for me the story is more of not to be taken as serious considering 1 you could make your custom character cursed as hell and 2 I feel street fighter 6’s story is not it’s strong suit. I did not take the story seriously and found it fun to enjoy with it be funnier logic.

Plus when Ryu met Sakura. The age difference wasn't that big.

That’s crazy I was level 61 and died 3 times before beating him I had like 20 miles respawn things though so all those came in handy

Not sure if I'll even play SF6 for the World Tour. Where's Sean? Luke isn't about the Dark Hadou or Akuma. JP isn't that wicked like Bison or a fanatic like Gill. This mode is a waste of money right now. You can play SF6 for Evo 2k3, but this World Tour...? Even Alpha 3's world tour is better than that!

So a few questions in anyone can answer. Was JP trying to kill the main character and Bocsh sacrificed himself? Why did Bocsh hate JP besides being evil? JP looks like a political figure so why you so obviously kill somebody in front of everyone?
I can’t answer all but for the first 2 I can. First are main charather was the reason for him finding out it was a bomb so he wanted to kill the his assassin. Bosch always was gonna sacrifice himself as seen from dialog but it was unexpected of what JP did. Bosch and the resistance hated JP cause he caused the country of Nyshall to end up in the bad state it is in. As the leader of the resistance said she thought work with JP helped fix the country and the people but instead went to JP and his shady stuff. The plan was not for Bosch to expose himself when he was killing JP it was supposed to make it look like someone planted the bomb with no one knowing who. So basically Bosch was part of the resistance of a country JP ruined. And when JP found out about the bomb he thought it was one of the fighters and chose to reverse card them. So it was probably the resistance who planted the bomb and Bosch tried to save his friends before he went crazy.
@@jaredlewis3001 That's actually false, he didn't cause the country to be in a bad state. On the contrary, the country is prospering and majority of people's lives have improved. However there are slums because some people don't want to go along with change. They are traditionalists. And thus turned to terrorism. Who's evil now? Well, the answer is, they both are equally terrible.
I prefer it if the story mode ending was just a cool tournament and just that.....
👏👏👏👏 i feel like Capcom has ruined the lore with these story modes. Character ending give more flexibility to fix mistakes.
I'm laughing with players whimpering about the story mode or about the game is a woke crap (seriously woke is a overused word) in my case SF6 is not bad at all it's even an excellent game. If nostalgic fan aren't happy then go back to play the old games and let the others fans loving this one.
It's the first time the ending wasn't happy: JP is maybe defeated this time but he'll be back for sure.
JP the two-face bad guy is a good adding and he's kinda creepy: sometimes I wonder if he's the embodiment of psycho power and what-if Bison was just a vessel from psycho power?

Yeah, all this is just a giant tutorial mode under the façade of a story mode, with the actual story and everything else that isn't the tutorial has zero meaning.
Capcom needs to stick to character endings. Fighting games are better that way
No, Fighting game story modes by concept are legit awesome, it's just that only NRS/WB do them properly. MK Deception is the only game to actually make a proper free-roaming story mode, then we got MK Armageddon with a 3rd person action mode as it's story mode, and of course all of the MK and IJ games since then have proper cinematic story modes. Capcom failed HARD at making a free-roaming mode, both in it's story and the free-roaming, it's Capcom's fault.

weak ass story centered around a throwaway create a character. Zero meat and potatoes for any of the mainline characters. I don’t understand why fighting game developers cannot write a good story and give some sort of cohesion and intrigue to mainstays. It’s like star wars where the extended universe or fans/non canon stuff is better written. See Ryu Final as an example.
SNK's original Fatal Fury series(And AOF) has some of the best storytelling in fighting games. KOF is pretty much another universe compared to FF when it comes to story. Samurai Shodown 64 series(Through the totally obscure Warriors Rage.) is another. Mortal Kombat comes 3rd in it honestly. I'm not even going to start with Tekken after that awful Live Action movie ruined the consistency of Tekken storytelling(Tekken 4-7 felt like they tried) and Harada cares more about pushing the FGC than story now.
@@ismaelhayes9317 yea what sucks is I care most about the SF and Tekken characters more than other games. IDK just wish they actually did something with the characters. The redesigns are cool but story line wise SF6 is basically just nothing. Even JP says at the end all of this was for nothing and that about sums up the plot.
There's a lot of good character stuff in their interactions its just not a part of the story
@@ismaelhayes9317 Correction: Mortal Kombat comes at first place from the very start. KOF might have been good at the start but not now, especially since KOF14 and 15, same thing with FF. And then sadly, SF just gets worse and worse, it might be at the last place at this point.
@@samcandles true got some good filler stuff like Chun Li shopping with Ryu but I was hoping for more development and truly progressing or concluding some things. Such as Ryu vs. Akuma and whatnot...but hey man it's still a solid game.

I haven't gotten to this point of World Tour, and while I'm having mindless fun with it, it's a good thing I'm not emotionally invested in it at all.
Was Capcom always this lousy at storytelling?
Also, it might not make much of a difference, I'd probably enjoy this mode more if it followed the actual cast. But that clearly was not a priority in the game's budget.
EDIT: ALSO also, I kind of expected JP to have more defined boss-like stats beyond just added health and damage. Maybe exclusive moves, infinite Super and Drive Meters, an AI harder than Level 8 difficulty, and a Psycho aura for the aesthetic
Expected him to be as hard as previous SF bosses, or Tekken bosses like Jinpachi and Kazuya, or maybe an Unlimited character from BlazBlue or something.
The most anti-climactic game for SF ever. Ugh. I watched the full movie with a girl avatar and it was absolutely terrible. I guess I'll stick to just MK for now because at least that plot and lore stays intact.
