I met Terrance Howard at Club 112 in Atlanta, he was all by himself at the bar. I walked up to him and started talking to him asking him entertainment advice, he was so nice and actually listened and talked to me and gave me advice. I've been a big fan ever since ❤, he was very respectful and didn't flirt or anything sexual.

Interesting...I hear about lighter skinned individuals saying they were bullied because of their skintone.
They are accused of thinking they're better than others because they are light.
It's not right, but it is interesting that those lighter skinned people grow up to actually perpetrate their skintone being superior.
I was teased too being light as Lisa Bonet or Prince, but it also made me angry seeing dark skinned ppl being teased for their complexion too. Being AA, most of my family is various shades of brown so no skin tone was weird or ugly to me--I just saw the person not their appearence. But you are totally right. He prob also got extra attention from some of those self-hating kids who thought he had 'nice eyes'. Bc featurism is/was a thing too. I personally like my black folks with way more melanin than myself!

It doesn’t matter if Adult Terrance remembers being in an incubator. Rejection is real and infants know the heart beat of their birth mother. Even children in adoption suffer rejection and it creates needs for security that children in a loving birth home do not require.
Doctors now know the importance of human touch, so these babies have much more interactions than back in the 70’s to try and limit the impact of their lives.
Yea now they do everything by the bedside after the labor. They use to do the assessment of the newborn in the nursery away from the mom but it’s changed now.
However that doesn’t excuse TH toxic behavior because if you look really closely you can find studies supporting and making excuses for every toxic human trait known to man.
None of it excuses the bad behavior…He (TH) acts out because the women in his life continue to allow the absolute highest form of disrespect. They continue taking him back after he dogs them out. They get the same black man.
Exactly. That's why today a lot of doctors leave the mother and child alone for 1 hour after birth, called the Golden hour, to bond and do skin to skin. There's a lot of new studies on the value of skin to skin contact for the baby.
Most likely this memory is not true. My daughter had jaundice at birth and it is treated with heat lamps and exposure to sunlight. If he is lying about the dark room maybe he is lying about being away from his mom for three days. He has always struck me as a person struggling with mental issues.
Girl that was 72 hours after birth. No way in hell did that affect his whole entire life. He left home at 16 so obviously he wasn't looking for love. Stop making excuses for him.
