I attended one of his services while visiting friends in the Atlanta area. All show, no substance. While attempting to leave early to catch a flight back home to New Jersey. I physically had to push an usher out of the way, who demanded I stay until I made an offering.

Fast forward a few years and we find out that man molested my cousin the whole time - he has never been the same and has had to spend time in mental institutions . I dont blame my aunt -but I have never forgotten that .
My mom put my brother in a mentoring group at church for masculine guidance. Thank God there was no scandals & he flourished.

Years ago when this guy visited my church, I said to my husband that something didn't seem quite right. Not long after that he was accused of being too close to young men.
He visited my church at the time when I lived in Florida. I never liked him and thought something was off. All he ever said was "watch this" and there was nothing to watch for. I also at one point ended up next to him just to find he was only about 5'2 with big shoulders when he looked so tall on TV.

I’m from around this area, and I remember going to new birth once YEARS ago with my ex. We were so uncomfortable with the vibe it gave off, and we literally left midway through the sermon; because of them CONSTANTLY basically begging about tithe and offering (and not in the Christian way). As we were leaving we were stopped and asked why we were leaving and because we were young, they tried to shame us into staying. And my ex was like, please get out of our way.
