I love that you mentioned co-sleeping. I nursed and co-slept with my youngest for 26 months! She’s now almost 20 years old, and I still don’t get great good REM sleep. Best wishes and totally amazed how you keep crushing races!

This was my first 70.3 and Oregon was ideal for a guy like me who missed a lot of training due to a broken clavicle off a bike crash. I managed to get it done and already signed up for next year. The amazing pro's like you were so insanely fast! You were coming in from the bike ride while I was still on the first third of my bike ride. I wanted to give you a loud "puppy power" to propel you to a first place. I think everyone should yell "puppy power" until you get that puppy! You and your husband are quite the inspiration and are clearly focused on Kona but after Kona we need a nice red wine video from the both of you.

Rinny always my first inspiration for triathlon did 2 halfs 1 week apart but had a stress fracture 5 miles in on the run my big toe and I couldn’t run but since then I’m back into it and I’ve started last summer with a short one , have been following you for 12 years since I was 22 :))

I did my first Inside tracker recently and also had high cholesterol as something to work on improving, looking forward to a re-test. I also got an Oura ring so I can try to track and focus on sleep better too. Fingers crossed both tools will help me improve.
