Affordable housing is a pie in the sky dream . That train left the station in 2010 when stuff was relatively affordable. The cost to build anything in 2024 is anything but affordable regardless of whether it’s a union labor force or not. My guess is it’s likely the former.

Spending $750 mln on only a 25k stadium remains ridiculous . Even when it is in NYC ... and even with guilded toilet seats .. Just as the $500mln on a 20k bare bones stadium like Audi field ..
