Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), delivered the Kissinger Lecture in Foreign Policy and International Relations. Lagarde spoke about the changing landscape of the international system and the need for continued creativity in U.S. leadership in order to tackle the world's shared economic challenges.
