Fascinating research work Urban.I’m also researching my Sep 1965 built 912 coupe Trying to locate the estate of soder b Wagner of Frankfurt who purchased car from Otto glockler, being respectful of privacy laws. It would be fascinating to learn about the original owner as I restore the car to its original specs as per Kardex car was imported into the USA by its second owner the late Jacque Levy. Music industry/, Songwriter for Bob Dylan I have learned.
Car investigation is one of my favourites. So cool and nice hearing the stories from the days by old owners and the joy of getting access to old photographs etc. Keep on digging in your car, and keep on Porsche ing!
@@urbansgarageestonia We owned the 500100 car from 1989-2015 sat in the garage in California and never left until my father developed Alzheimer and we needed to sell, I have wondered where it went. I was under the impression that it was still in Arizona. I hope the Gentleman that purchased it from us is still the owner and is working on the restoration. I was able to dig up a lot of info, yes the first owner was a machinist and a factory Driver. If you have any more info on the car I would love to hear it, I hope to get to see it one day completed. I do have pictures of it and a video of the engine running after sitting for 25years.
Great research. Cool to see the thinking. Thanks for sharing.
Great you liked it, we will continue with more in next episodes
