The verdict is out. After reading Adobe's clarification of its terms of agreement, I still feel it should be explained more simply and more understandable to everyone. You can read their clarification here: blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2024/06/06/clarification-adobe-terms-of-use
Adobe changed the name of Structure to Composition, however, I just tried it and it works the same. Place your text in the blank thumbnail under Composition > Reference. Then, place the boulder you saved into the blank thumbnail of the Style > Reference. The "Prompt" should state, "photo of boulder isolated on a white background". Click "Generate".
Firefly is free with 25 generative credits per month, or you can get a $4. 99 per license per month premium plan that includes 100 monthly generative credits, Adobe Fonts, and no watermarks on images generated by Firefly. If you subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop includes 500 generative credits per month.
Your 'Janet and John' primer book delivery style drives me crazy, but I can't help myself put up with it in case I miss a trick. I wonder if using Download All from Firefly burns through more Generitive Credits than downloading just one? I've never used more than a fraction of the 1000 credits a month we get, so I usually don't even check.
"Janet and John"...😂 I do it for the néophytes. Download All does burn more credits. I put my text in and then my picture and all it does now is make more of what is in the prompt. I even adjust strength etc and nothing changes. Also it’s now called composition and reference. Can you help?!
Hi Marty, for some reason, my Firefly engine shows the COMPOSITION tab rather than the STRUCTURE tab making impossible to replicate. Any idea what is going on? I tried on both EDGE and CHROME browsers. I have an Adobe account. Any help would be appreciated.

@@BLTV_Photoshop Hi Marty. Tried again from scratch and it failed. Took a screen grab of the Firefly setup and was wondering if there was a way to send it to you as I'm at a lost as to why it is not working. Thx
Sir, I follow exactly what you did, but I cannot get any effective text or visuals like yours. I even entered the prompt exactly the same, but unfortunately the result was disappointing. Is there something else you're not showing us?
Apparently, Adobe has been back-pedalling to clarify its terms, but I think it should be explained more simply and more understandable to everyone. You can read their updated clarification here: blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2024/06/06/clarification-adobe-terms-of-use
@@BLTV_Photoshop Yes, they are mostly doing PR damage control, but nothing has really changed. Of course they almost certainly did this in the past, its just official now, not because they want to inform us, but because their lawyers informed them. Cloud does not exist, its just another guys computer, and that kind if imbalance of power is ripe for abuse.
Nope sorry, but after Adobe's most recent screw up, I have cancelled my subscription, and will never use their software again. They are nothing but a bunch of thieves! Hopefully, I can apply your techniques to some other software... };[
I agree Adobe screwed up with its terms of agreement! It left the door open for speculation, confusion, and fear. Great job

For some reason firefly never works for me properly and I follow the steps 😪
Firefly works fine on the regular version of PS, but for some inexplicable reason, not the Beta version.
