I didn't think it was possible to be soothed & terrified at the same time, yet here I am. I love the visuals & the space itself as I find them serene & all the muscles in my body are relaxed, but the feeling of dread as you constantly think that you're inching closer to the exit only to be met with another labyrinthine set of passages coupled with the subtle breaks of the sensory deprivation like the different colored slides & tiles, the sporadic placements of the giant creepy rubber ducks, & the corner-of-your-eye movements of things in the background has got my heart racing.
As a guy who loves to swim, I just got to admire how absurdly expensive this "water park" must have been to build. Like seriously. All these tiles, all these electric lights, all the water. Never mind how creepy it is. Never mind how mysterious it is. Never mind how insanely huge it is. All I want to know is who could possibly afford to build a place like this and somehow keep its existence a secret?
The thing about the Backrooms is that nobody built it. It’s purely randomly generated by… something beyond our comprehension. It may seem like humans made it at first, but the deeper you dive into insanity, the more you realise there’s nothing human about it at all. That’s what makes it so fascinating.
I like those divisions with black, white and aqua blue tiles. By the way, did you guys see that shadow that got down as you turn back at that tunnel at 54:14? That gave me a creep!!
I do like this game a lot, it's what walking sims should be. Something you genuinely want to explore and is gorgeous and curious to walk through. But I hope someone makes a game like this where you actually have to study the labyrinth with other scientists and figure out how it works while not trying to fall to your death/killed by whirlpools/run into a very rare and deadly entity.
When I wake up from a dream and I tell someone that it was scary af even though it was a normal room with light and everything was ok but yet it felt like a nightmare, this is what I mean lol
@@Jamiethecomic That's the part where I desperately tried to enter that tunnel to try and find my new friend. Apparently I was too fat to pass to the other side of the rail though, much disappointed.
For real. People have been leaving comments under the weird AI videos we’re seeing released today about them looking like their dreams, I don’t see it. But the pool rooms though… that’s where I go when I’m asleep
Just finished this game a few minutes ago and I gotta say.. what a fucking blast. I loved every moment of it. Going to replay it quite a few times. Chapter 4 and 6 were my absolute favorite. Hungry for more and will support by buying on consoles when they finally arrive. We also need that VR support and custom level support
I don't know if this is what it's supposed to do, but this relaxes me so much 😅 Casually walking through water, the Sound of walking on tiles and even the fckd up creepy fellas that are chasing us - at least not alone (?) I don't know what's wrong with me 😂
This is CRAZY! I've been dreaming of these same pools for years. I think someones has been having the same dreams. Are you also traveling the Astral Plain?
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that this aesthetic has been insanely popular online for almost a decade now. Sometime between 2015/16 it started to become popular until it reached a peak during covid of course.
NGL this game is soooo cool and its like you are the guy who is playing and this looks like real life and i actually played it idk if anyone who has anxiety but i actually have but its cool to play honestly it gives u like the vibe if u know what im sayin😂❤❤
Imagine having to walk 44 minutes and 20 seconds until you finally get to the toilette. This is REAL horror. Now I totally understand why people pee into the water.
I first thought this game would be kind of dull but now I understand the feelings of uneasiness even knowing there is no monster or danger. I do wish there was more interaction, maybe some puzzle solving or item collecting involved.

This game should have been made for VR. I can't imagine how cool it would feel.
This^
Not only for vr ofcourse.
No, do you want people to go to a psychologist after playing this in VR?
@@jhimmycoaquira9679 Tbh i found it normal (for me atleast.)

psychological horror: the sound of wet shoes
