Shai hills lands are great at great prices. Shai hills is close to Tema port; the largest port in Ghana. The Indians and the Chinese are moving in their numbers to that area.
@@BlackLove-Gh I just going to be real honest I brought land somewhere else and with a black Americans turn real estate agent and and its not pretty it’s bad when you bring your greed into Africa you raise the prices on land to fatten up your own pockets because you know how much our dollars are versus buying it in their own money not USA money . Yes I am government retired so I very untrustworthy of people just being real honest. I have been seeing a lot of bad things with our own people from the state
I don't know what color treatment is going to be used on the walls, but I think a darker color tiles mimicking granite/marble would have been better for the floors than lighter color. With light color floor tiles, what is the countertop color going to be? A color that brings out contrast will be fine. Ensure the tiles they use on the staircase is not slippery when they get wet
