@ I think it’s what they can do vs what you want them to do. It will be and look the same if everyone goes with the flow. I personally think sliding windows are dated. To the point where the little bathroom window got to be sliding? The fact that most of them can’t fit Awning, top or bottom hung doesn’t mean it can’t be done. Anyway, that’s what you want. Maybe Americans are not use to sliding windows😊.

@ I don’t have any yet, I’m about to. But I just don’t understand why they got to be the same. I’m not saying you have done something wrong. I’m just trying to think outside the box. My little research shows that, most of them find it cumbersome fitting Sash, double or single top or bottom hung windows so they will recommend the easiest one as possible. I have so many issues about how things are done in Ghana. I normally ask these sort of questions to get an insight as to why…

Have you actually started to build? People have burglar bars in Grace City regardless of security booth. Security booth does not guarantee protection. Personally I love layers of security regardless of where I reside. Congratulations and blessings in Grace City.
