Joan Drivers Eye View | Barnards Miniature Railway

  • Take a trip around the Barnards Miniature Railway with driver Marc. Tinkerbell 'Joan' is one of several steam locomotives that hauls our passenger services, here is a drivers eye view around the Belvedere loop. Since then the railway has been extended to Sitooterie and onwards to Angel Green.

    Looks like a 10inch or bigger. Surprising the variation of sizes between gauges

      Matt Seymour it is narrow gauge, so it will look bigger than the actual gauge it.
      It is 7 1/4.

      @@LittlewoodJunction Yes that's very true. But what I mean is some locos look bigger than others in the same gauge.

    How much is it for a engine like this ?

      Josh Edwards engines vary in price depending on what you get. If you gesture someone else to build it it will cost a lot more than doing it yourself.
      Engines that are steamers can be as little as £5000 to £40,000 for the bigger heavy haulers.
