That was the actual ambulance call for him in 2007 when he overdosed. He lost his heartbeat and had to be shocked back. He did not handle Proof’s death well at all. He dedicates a song to him on the album Recovery after this album called “you’re never over”. He gets into his more serious side on recovery all the way till now.
