1:20 and 3:10 when Okayu says ほんとにあった怖い話, she's not saying it would be scary if that was true, she's just referencing the name of a popular Japanese TV show about horror stories called ほんとにあった怖い話 ("honto ni atta kowai hanashi", also known as "honkowa"), which means "Scary Stories That Actually Happened". So she's just kind of saying the situation feels like it could be a story told on that show.
Also at 4:15, Okayu is saying she wishes they had kicked the impostor (キックしときゃよかった), not that she's glad they did. (They didn't kick the impostor, they just moved to a different room.)

So the full breakdown is キックする (to kick someone from a chatroom or lobby or whatever in a game) → キックして (-te form) → キックしておく (-teoku form, meaning to do something in preparation or in advance of something else) → キックしておけばよかった (-keba yokatta = "should have [done something]") → キックしときゃよかった (shortened form).

@@hououinkyouma1301 なきゃ is not really a short form of なければならない. It's a short form of なければ, and the ならない part is omitted/implied. Or in some cases there never was a ならない, implied or otherwise, like if it was used in some other sentence pattern, like 買わなきゃ損 for example. You can also explicitly say なきゃならない if you want, or other variations like なきゃならん or なきゃなんない or what have you.

Other possibilities such as getting unauthorized access to the Discord server aside, I see nothing particularly scary about a lobby password being leaked and some random viewer joining and naming themselves after Korone. They certainly couldn't accomplish anything sinister by impersonating somebody in a game of tetris, that's for sure. So it was just a case fan doing it for the lulz, and it predictably didn't even fool anyone.
Calling it rude also seems like a bit of an overreaction, maybe if they were persistent about it or made it truly disruptive, then sure, but as long as fans have enough sense to keep it in check I really don't think it's an issue at all and doesn't deserve the bashing in the comments.
This turned into a funny moment but I I never understand why people think it's cool to just interrupt the stream by infiltrating like that. At least they turned it into a funny moment though!

That's probably the reason why they join, because it can make a funny moment. Doubt there are many people who are just going "I just have to play with them, I can't help myself, screw the implications" etc etc, most fans wouldn't want to actually seriously annoy or upst the streamer, and most non-fans, if present, don't care enough
This might be light-hearted, but it's might be a bigger problem in the future, they can ruin the flow of the streams easily and upset a lot of fans.

This could have actually been a dangerous situation. First of all you could tell something was off because the person used the name Korone. Korone would never use her name, it would most likely be Paradise she would use. The three of them knew Korone wouldn’t use the name Korone but they were willing to give her the benefit of doubt. Secondly the name was in quotation marks, which implies that it wasn’t the real Korone. If it was really her why would she use quotation marks for her name. Now obviously this person just wanted a chance to play with his/her favourite Hololive members, and took the chance when they got the opportunity. But if someone got hold of the group password who had less than noble intentions, it could have gotten bad.
But the real scary thing was the real Korone wanting to beat them up. If she said “ let’s beat them up” about me, Lock myself up and never leave.
Don't do this. The ladies, being streaming veterans and all, managed the situation to be funny but it is EXTREMELY rude and insensitive to be stream sniping in that manner, and faking another member makes it even worse. They're not joking that it's scary, because it means some asshole's been intentionally trying to make it through passwords. It's not funny. Just stop it.
Meh, all that was happening was that the guy was playing tetris. I think they were overreacting. Why not just let him play?
I doubt any of them would have had a problem playing tetris with a random American from a personal perspective, but from a professional point of view as Japanese streamers with an Idol-esque image working for a company they could not do that as it would seem unfair to the rest of the audience who abided by the rules.
Because he came in when he wasn't supposed to by using the password that showed up on accident. The stream was just the three of them playing together, not letting viewers join. There's a time and place for that kind of involvement, so not only is it unfair to the viewers who are properly abiding by the rules, it's pretty rude to the girls that he just barged in like that. Also, if they let viewers play, they have to give everyone an equal chance. If anything they underreacted, as they mostly played the situation for laughs and pretty much very lightly scolded him but I figured they just wanted to keep the stream energy fun and move on.
@@SilverScizor753 There was no "rule". Viewers couldn't play, because they didn't remember the password, and the chance was gone afterwards. The guy was pretending to be Korone, so it was operating under the fiction that no viewers were playing. If the person had put his own name, he would have been kicked immediately, so they weren't being nice about it, they were genuinly worried it was Korone, and that is the only reason nothing happened for a minute. Could have just left things as is, but they ended up kicking the person before even knowing if it was Korone, which they really didn't need to confirm.
They were clearly all offended by the random and I think they could have just ran with it. It wasn't affecting much either way.
You have to remember those are young rich spoiled women. Unscheduled contact with plebeians is worst thing that could possibly happen in their lives at this point.
Coz they had a password, and "Korone" was able to enter despite that. They were scared that a hack happened. That or they're just scared that someone they thought was their friend was actually a total stranger, which is understandable.
Why couldn't they just ask Korone??
