The specific kind she has is not rare, but if not dealt with she could face life threatening problems in her 30's. Most likely she has already taken care of it. Don't pity them, they probably wouldn't want that. They work hard regardless.
Probably one of those holes that would close around the time of birth or shortly after. (fetal circulation is quite different) Sometimes they don't properly close, but that can be dealt with.
I you pay attention to VTubers you will find that a fair number of them have physical problems, not quite as bad as say Ironmouse's degree of issues but many have medical problems and those that don't often suffer from high degrees of shyness/introversion. Pretty common. When old people “shrink” or get shorter, its not just because of being hunched over. Its partly due to cartilage between spine bones wearing down. It can happen pretty much anywhere and cause chronic pain from bone on bone friction. Cartilage is basically a solid lube for your joints.
And that's why people who go to space come back taller. The lack of gravity doesn't compress the cartilage in the spine and knees. I'm not sure how it changes joint pain though.

you're referring to phantom pain, i don't know anything about it being hurt when there's a bad weather but sometimes your brain just kinda register that that body part is still there and send you the necesary signal. For me it's a toe on my right foot and sometimes i can still kinda feel it wiggling even though it's not there.
Didn't lose a part but a couple of toes on my foot are basically dead after dropping an axe on it. I can't really feel anything on it anymore but there's the phantom sensation coming from it from time to time

Could be something like a PFO where the hole in your heart that is normally there before you are born fails to close after you are born (which is actually not too rare, it's 1 in 4 people). The size of the hole is the decider on whether it's an issue or not though.
Way earlier, she said she was born with a hole in her heart and had to live her first few years in the hospital. She was unable to run otherwise it could have lead to her death, but at 5, she got surgery to close the hole and was later discharged from the hospital. That explain why she has always been such an energtic and athletic girl, being told for your first 5 years not to run will do that when you get out of the hospital.

Salute to these girls, they're so used to their missing body parts they can even use it as a joke. To anyone who got similar conditions, I'm asking out of curiosity. Does the place where it used to be hurts when the weather is bad or something?

you're referring to phantom pain, i don't know anything about it being hurt when there's a bad weather but sometimes your brain just kinda register that that body part is still there and send you the necesary signal. For me it's a toe on my right foot and sometimes i can still kinda feel it wiggling even though it's not there.
Didn't lose a part but a couple of toes on my foot are basically dead after dropping an axe on it. I can't really feel anything on it anymore but there's the phantom sensation coming from it from time to time
