Often your estimation will not get better but your estimates will be consistently inaccurate, so after you have enough estimation & actual time spent data you can calculate your optimism multiplier. For example, in one of my old teams where we did this people worked out they should multiply their estimates by 1.2, 1.5 or 2 and they ended up being fairly accurate.

That means, how to define the architecture of the project, which programming language to choose, which database to choose and where to host your project? It would be interesting to know these facts

Hi utsav if one has planned a sprint for 1week in calendar and a task has taken way more time than estimate, the planning for subsequent tasks has to be changed to accommodate this changes, do you keep a period in your sprint to think if the changes are required?
