Yes! I need low impact (but HIGH intensity) for my feet and ankles, so thank you for a low impact cardio workout that is not for beginners. I find that most low impact offered are for beginners. I'ma seasoned exerciser but nee the low impact for my joints. Would love to see more! Thank you!

I'm so glad it works for you!! I'll have to start adding them sporadically cause you're most definitely right! They're usually meant to be easier!
