    Nikiiiiii!! I miss you!!! You look amazing :) You have not changed from high school (in a good way). I think of those cross country days every time I go running lol Keep up the good work. You have always been my role model ;)

    surprisingly I sweat so much from this workout and I was only using 5 lb weights!
