Michael was always a humble guy too, never felt good enough, his voice, dancing, looks ( his Dad used to beat him to a point that when little Michael saw his Dad approach, he’d be sick😞 but his Dad also planted the idea that Michael was ugly, called him names, hence the unnecessary surgeries, it’s heartbreaking 😢
I love both of their styles showcased.....Michael's trademark woo hoo's and Freddies little bits at the ends of his parts.....so good. Too bad they never finished. both greats that have been a part of my life from youth until now. great reaction!!
What a fun song. I’ve never heard it!! What a surprise! I thought I had heard all of Freddie’s works!!! I don’t know about Michael, but Freddie was very humble. Elton John said it an interview after Freddie died that he use to ask him after a concert if he thought he did ok!!!!! Elton would say “ok”?, man you were amazing as usual. Elton said he actually didn’t think he did that well. I do think Freddie realized his stature because he commented to Elton one day that some days he wish he could wake up and not be Freddie Mercury so he could just go to a store. There’s a song called Made in Heaven that Freddie wrote and a line is Made in Heaven that’s what they say to me- referring to people telling him his voice was made in Heaven. The lyrics are great about him just doing what he’s suppose to etc. great song if you want to check it out.
I love this, and Michael was also humble, he never felt good enough, following years of physical abuse from his Dad, also emotional abuse as he kept calling him ugly, hence the many, unnecessary surgeries 😢 They were both beautiful, loving souls who would do anything for anyone. I know once Freddie got annoyed with Michael because he kept bringing his lama Into the recording srudio😂
Well, I'm late for this one (it's morning in my country) but a great way to start a day! The rhythm of this song is so contagious, you just have to move 😄 I remember Freddie talking about one more song, "Victory", he and MJ were working on but that one also never got released ☹️
Freddie and Michael spent some time in the studio, but I think this is all that became of it, because Freddie couldn't deal with Michael's insistence on having his LLAMA in the studio.
Woaw never heard this beefore. And Yes as you said perfect, very perfect......and the possiture to Freddie omg thats break my ♥️ dont now why, but it tuch me so hard! And Michael on his thou-spiss beauty.......love youre react Hap.......lol
It's a Michael Jackson composition, and he already had everything ready, the only thing missing was the other voice, which Freddie provided. But they didn't find time to finish the song, so Michael asked Mick Jagger for the second vocals, and this version with Freddie has never been released. So yes, it's rare. You could listen to the official version with Mick Jagger to compare. it's not my favourite song, but I love Freddie's shrieks.
Apparently after working for a couple weeks with Michael, Freddie called his manager and said “Get me out of here!” Because, he said, he couldn’t deal with the llamas.
hello everyone good morning just woke up and i have a nice morning to listen and watch this video this was great music with the two king very fabulous i love it thank you and God bless all... 👑👑🙏🙏💞💞🤩
GOD BLESS YOU Hap. I enjoyed this reaction so much because of you. You had me laughing with you. I also love how Freddie ad libs on Queen music and i think that Micheal and Freddie are the absolute best at ad libs. You always put a smile on my face everytime. Keep the great videos a coming. FREDDIE King of Rock MICHEAL King of Pop ELVIS King of Rock n Roll. There is a difference between Rock and Rock n Roll. Thats my opinion. Much love to you my brother. Take care my friend until the next video. QUEEN BEE.
WOW! THANK YOU FOR THAT EXTRA BOOST OF AWESOMENESS. THOUGHT FOR A MINUTE THERE YOU GOING TO ACTUALLY GET UP AND SHOW US SOME WICKED DANCE MOVES. CHAIR MOVES WERE PRETTY DARN GOOD. THANKS FOR THE FREDDIE, MJ SUPER SURPRISE. THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! GREAT COLABARATION. GREAT REACTION BUT NEXT TIME EXPECT TO SEE THOSE DANCE MOVES OUT FROM THE CHAIR. LOL, OK?🕺🤸♂️👌👍🥰
Jojo Jojojo Yep, as long as it continues to be run by John Branca 😡 Michael would be disgusted, he fired Branca when he found out he was also the lawyer for Tommy Motolla, Michael publicly outed Motolla as a racist & devilish! I don’t believe it’s coincidence that Sony now has their catalogue back, Michael fought tooth & nail to keep hold of it!😡
When the song began with the beat!! I thought to myself, oh Yeah ~~ This is it!!! Loved it! Thank you for sharing this. and awesome reaction as always Hap! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
So much better than Jaggers version,shame.....thanks again, another great reaction, and I do listen to your whole video in every reaction, hope U read the whole story I posted U in last video, lol,Peter said these 2 were a hoot! Banging on a toilet seat and door, poor peter!
I think it's easier to remember who you are if you're in a band because you are with people who really know you and can talk back to you if you're behaving like an arse. You still have to listen to others and compromise sometimes. Anyway, great reaction!
PLEASE react to a trio of melodies- it’s live at Wembley 1986- In The Lap of the Gods, Seven Seas of Rhye and Tear It Up. It showcases Roger a lot and has great guitar. It’s a short trio of their much earlier works. It’s really something to hear and see! PLEASE!!
You might want to check out a song from the " Innuendo " album called "The Hitman" , it's one of their heavier rock songs , contains lots of rock energy , Freddie surprised us all with his powerful voice with this one in 1991 in his state of health , the song in whole is out of this world , well worth the listen , I highly recommend it ⭐!!!
How as a subscriber... do we help you on Utube? I for one, think you do an excellent job, ... truth, clean, fun and insightful! True pleasure to watch your videos and reactions. Thank you! :) Tell us how we can help 😊
Whenever I see "Rare" on YT now I always assume it's clickbait!! It's interesting what you were saying about whether they knew how good and important they were to music. Maybe they really didn't because both were genuinely really shy and humble guys - or perhaps they weren't ever satisfied with what they'd achieved which is what drove them to be - in their minds - even better? So as far as I remember, this song was eventually released with Mick Jagger doing Freddie's parts. No official reason was given for Freddie being replaced, but I've heard Jim (Miami) Beach saying in a documentary that Freddie called him from the studio and asked him to get him out of there because Michael had his Llama with him. I vaguely remember Freddie saying he was supposed to have been on the Thriller album too but he "missed out" - I'm guessing because he refused to work with the Llama.
Annie Mars ruclips.net/video/De0asrU1kJw/видео.html it was this Interview, where Freddie talked about Michael Jackson. Yes he said he could have been on Thriller. But on the other hand, his recording sessions with Michael happened to be in 1983 and Thriller already came out in 1982. But he might have been on the Jacksons‘ Victory album from 1984. I really think the schedule problems were the reason because Freddie left NY, where he had a flat in about 1983 for Munich, Queen also stopped touring in the US after „I want to break free“ in 1984. So he rarely ever was in the US anymore.
It's such a shame that they never had the opportunity to finish the songs they started together. This one in particular sounds like they were jamming, playing off of each other, and having a blast. What might have been. Sigh.
6:54 I think you mean Beat it. 8:58 yea Freddie should originally even be in the Thriller album... just imagine. 16:51 that was Michael of course. Great stuff you talked about, great reaction. At the end you said that you ask yourself if Freddie and Michael knew how legendary and good they were in music. Well I have to say I don't know. Michael was always called _''The King of Pop''_ but He himself NEVER called himself that. And to Freddie I really think he knows he's great but what makes me sad is that he said he wasn't good on piano which is a Huge lie. He is one of the greatest Pianists I have ever seen.
Nice reaction! You clearly enjoyed this one! You can try, There Must be More To Live Then This ruclips.net/video/eOC0hp7ItPQ/видео.html. That is the other duet they recorded, and Freddie wrote that song, I think it is better then State Of Shock. Although State Of Shock is pretty amusing simply for all of the ad lips.
It reminds me of dirty Diana... The lyrics are so simple, lack the depth with which Freddie wrote.. Who wrote the lyrics? I stayed away from this collaboration... This one sounds better then the other one which I don't like...
I love all the world class performer jacko Freddie Elvis ect
my favorite Michael Jackson & Freddie Mercury.
Wow. I would have loved to see Michael & Freddie on stage together singing this! Imagine that scene.
Love this song by the two Kings!
Woooooo dance Hap!! You kill me!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I don't know about MJ but Freddie knew, I'm sure, but was still a very humble person offstage! Freddie 4ever 🤴🎤🎶🎹🥰❤️‼️

Interesting friendship. Gather Michael’s idiosyncrasies (and probably Freddie’s) got in the way. Fun song. You make me smile.😊
Just right for a loop if you need a push to get started. Thx for a fun Friday visit.

Thanks for your comment. Fair point and yes I also question that too as I stated. Is it really rare...
Good insight 👏 what a shame that Freddie was not on the thriller album. Seriously? Wow. I'm surprised he turned his back on it so to speak. If only... 🤔

react to Michael Jackson's cover of Come Together by The Beatles please
Especially Wembley 88 version!!💕 Michael owned the Beatles catalogue then, I always hoped he’d do more covers.
FYI this was Michael Jackson & the Jacksons with Mick Jagger (not Freddie Mercury)
It was originally recorder with Freddie though, later released with Jagger, you do know Freddie’s voice, right?
