Kenneth Cox was a great Bible teacher and we miss him, however, I believe that he was off on this: Dan 11:44 But tidings *out of the east and out of the north* shall trouble him: This refers to "the kings of the east" which is Jesus Christ and HIs holy angels and the second coming:
Rev_16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial on the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
From the "sun rising"(east) is where Jesus will first appear.
Its not the literal waters of the Euphrates, but waters represents people, multitudes, nations and tongues (Rev 17:15) because when Christ comes all the wicked will be slain by the brightness of His coming, meaning the waters are dried up--Armageddon has arrived, Satan knows this, and transmits this info to the papal power, the king of the north. Why? Because the devil is the devil--he never gives up, and for just this one time he wants to stop God's plans but he cannot win against Almighty God.
The real king of the north, is God--Jesus Christ is announced by His angel just before He comes as the 3 angels message swells with great power:
Rev 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
Where is heaven? In the sides of the north (Isa 14:13).

I believe he's also off target on the ten kings, for one thing, the little horn eradicated 3 of them, the Heruli, Vandals and the Ostrogoths, leaving just 7 that formed the nations of Central and western Europe.
Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
Rev 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength to the beast.
Since Rev 17 is the papacy restored to power, are we to think that only 7 nations of Europe will give their support to the risen beast power? No. What does it say here?
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and *all the world wondered after the beast.*
"Ten kings" would symbolize all the nations of the world, not just a few--we cannot take hardly any of Revelation literally, but we should use it's symbols to determine the meanings where applicable. It did originally mean ten nations in Daniel 7 coming from the ten toes of the image in Dan 2 but changes in the near future to all the nations of the world.
This current fakedemic is great example of this, because the WHO took the fakery to the UN which then went to nearly every nation on earth which is why thousands of scientists, attorneys, and others who know this is a hoax can hardly do anything about it, but just to plod slowly forward, hoping and praying for success. But it appears to me that this will morph into the mark of the beast as we approach the end of this world's history! Amen.
Could mean the United States when it will be divided into 10 federal regions/FEMA under emergency circumstances and each have an [appointed governor] KING ALL KINGS ARE APPOINTED NOT ELECTED. And the postal code is broken into 10 regions for the zip codes but I don't think it coincides with the FEMA regions; which have been mapped out for decades, only waiting to rear their ugly power, when God allows for the End to unfold. Because it is the Image of the Beast[The United States that actually leads out in the Sunday Law and forced Sunday Worship] . Revelation 13:11-16. (vs.11) And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. (vs.12) And he exercised all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the EARTH[SINCE IT IS THE MOST POWERFUL SUPERPOWER] and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast...[SO IT IS THE US THAT CAUSES THE WORLD TO WORSHIP ON SUNDAY; THE SUNDAY LAW. REVEATION 20:4], whose deadly wound was healed." The remaining verses Revelation 13: 13-16 shows it is the False Prophet, The Image of the Beast is the Forcer of the Mark of the Beast. JUST GOOGLE 10 FEMA REGIONS...
I have thought this for a very long time. Especially since I found out about the 10 FEMA regions. I love Kenneth Cox. He is awesome. I don't think he was aware of this. But the scripture is clear it is the United States that leads out in the enforcement of the sunday law contrary to God' Holy Law of the 2nd commandment.

Rev 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he comes, he must continue a short space.
This is what I was referring to, not the ten kings:
Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
The ten kings represents all the nations that are in Babylon--ten in prophecy is a universal #.
I agree with what you said about the 2nd beast, America, but FEMA does not add up in prophecy--the first kings of the 7 follow the lines of prophecy from Daniel 7:
1. Babylon
2. Medo=Persia
3. Greece
4.Rome
5. papal Rome (gets deadly head wound-1798)
6.the USA
7 papal Rome restored
We have to use Biblical criteria and history to understand prophecy. God did not reveal to you that FEMA is in prophecy.
