I'll be honest this was really frustrating to deal with in gambit. Had to see what was going on with Eriana's Vow. I ain't hating on anyone who uses the bug and I'm sure it's more fun this way, but man I hope they fix this lol.
Anyone who *_knowingly_* uses bugged anything in PvP or Gambit against other players is a jerk.
Yes, it's Bungie's fault for not disabling bugged stuff ASAP, but you're not innocent for doing this crap.

In the case of Prometheus Lens and Lord of Wolves (and Hard Light, I guess) they weren't bugged, just really strong.
In this case, certain weapons are actually glitched, and people are willingly and knowingly exploiting it.
That's a dick move, however you want to rationalize it.
