Enjoying your video, - just one thing, quite often you say 'we'll go 'here'...' which can be tricky to follow as you have to search around and see where your cursor ended up - would be easier if you say the actual name of where you're pointing to. couple of times i've had to go back and try find the spot! I have a question - I hope you can help me with this!! I started an email campaign with 70 subscribers. I deleted it and switched to an email automation with scheduled emails for my new subscribers. However, the original 70 subscribers are not receiving the new automations. How do I add these to the new automated emails? Thanks in advance - your videos are so helpful!
I want to delete my customer automation edis I didn't want but now it won't let me do it and it keeps adding requirements before I send...I just wanted to apply free shipping discount for first time buyer...HELP!

How do I send individual emails using the templates already created?
You would have to create a new segment for each person. You might have better results emailing directly from your non-newsletter email provider.
