He ake use of email marketing ti set it up and this is the explanation he gave to me about it. Email automation: You can set up an automated email campaign to follow up with your customers after they make a purchase or use your services, asking them to leave a review. You can also offer incentives like discounts or freebies in exchange for a review. If you don't mind, I can refer you to him and you guys can discuss on a zoom all. Just tryna help though

Thanks for the video but unfortunately a lot of wrong information in the first few minutes of it 1) You say you need the Shopify Flow app to send email automations. Not true - you just need the Shopify email app. 2) You say the automations only work with the footer sign up and not pop-ups. Not true - all themes have a built in pop-up that work with Shopify’s email automations.
My "welcome new subscriber" email automation workflow does not want to turn on because it states that my email is still in draft state. I am trying to take it out of draft state and make it active but it does not want to do this. It is now stating that my plan is not allowing me to use the shopify email plan (I put my plan at a $9 dollar plan to work on the website before I launch my product) What am I doing wrong?
Do you know how to customize emails so that the price is shown to each customer in their own currency? I think right now all the emails show in USD regardless of customer location.

if i want to send abandoned checkout email again after 72 hours or after 7 days.. what should i do?
so if I want to automate a new subscriber email from a pop-up, it has to be using klavyo or another platform?? Thanks
You could code something or find an option that is native to Shopify potentially. But it is best practice to use something like Klayvio. - Aaron

You are correct on both of those. Things change rapidly with Shopify. I will say not ALL themes have built-in popups. -C
