I have always been a fan of the 80's (Erasure, Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode) but I could hardly find an adequate successor. Hurts comes very close to it. The sound and voice are excellent, and Hurts is actually my favourite band of current pop music. I am looking forward to listening to the new album in October!
+DuesseldorfMarkus What about great Capital Cities? They are much more even, the Hurts albums are all about singles, singles are great, but the rest is not.
+CarAudioXpert I never heard from a band called Capital Cities but I’ve just searched for it. Sorry, I don’t like that style. The speed is too fast and it sounds more like a happy music style. I prefer Britpop rather than American music. All my favorite music stars come actually from the UK. Sound and style are different, I can’t explain why but I feel it. Thanks for your suggestion but Capital Cities is nothing for me.

Amazing! They write very deep lyrics their songs always have a message.. they should be in the first ten in the world music rankings. It's a pity that they are not as appreciated as they should be :( I was on their concert in Warsaw - something such incredible, one of the best show that I have ever been. Love you guys ;)

может этот сюжет Тео из своего личного опыта взял😄😋 Сбежал из секты, и заодно от женитьбы👰🤵💍 Когда его в интервью спросили о серёжке в ухе, он ответил ,что он её либо на свой 21-й ДР получил, либо «участвовал в одной секте, которая делала ужасные вещи, и все носили сережку в левом ухе», типа в какую версию верить - выбирайте сами.

Why the songs of this band aren't broadcast on television or radio ? They write very deep lyrics and they are very very good to interpreting them .... they should be first in the world rankings.
