@@waltlikka IKR. And it's no big deal to him either. He said he wrote "Cranes in the Sky" 8 years ago which Solange eventually recorded and it became a hit.
@@lovegoddess3912 I can. LOL. I had a chance to meet him briefly after a concert 10 years ago, and he gave off the most incredible vibe. I could just feel his positive energy. He's so humble as an artist. I dig that a lot.

He got me wondering what the titles of his other tracks gon' be, ya know with names so far like "Glory to the Veins" and "Jimmy Lee."

Saadiq is one of the greatest artists in music, Period. As a writer, vocalist, and producer, he is genius.

From what I heard, most songs will have to grow on me. This album thus far is an eclectic collection of an African American (black) state of mind, survival, genius, and musical vibes. I look forward to hearing him play live in Austin.
