2012 IPA Festival -- Squeezebox

Squeezebox featuring Molly Busta Lange and Ted Lange opened the Festival of the International Polka Association at the Embassy Suites in Independence, Ohio, just outside Cleveland, on August 2, 2012. In this video, however, they close the evening with a polka medley and the patriotic "God Bless America."

Not taking anything away from Molly at all here, but man Ted Lange can really play the hell out of that accordion. Lovin those bellows shakes he does, and he never misses a note on the bass. Truly one of the best out there.
Add in the super-talented Molly B., and a good drummer and you have a band that can't be beat. What a great polka sound. Love to see these guys live somewhere.

I like Molly, but I think you are just a little exaggerating her talent. Talented yes. Super talented??? I don't think so. She can play a lot of different instruments but none well. I still like listening.

I can't argue with you on that one. I agree that there is a difference between being proficient and simply playing an instrument. Yeah, the word "super" is over-used these days...and I am as guilty as anyone for using it, LOL. Probably should have said "multi-talented" instead.
