It’s so weird hearing Amber talk so openly about her dating history. But this is how it should be (if they choose to disclose stuff). It’s so unrealistic and puts idols even more on a pedestal. It’s like a catch22. Fans love to learn more about their idols but if they disclose too much it has the potential to srsly backfire. I’m good without being sold an unrealistic fantasy. I just want to see my idols happy!!! Like how they save us from dark places to live happy fulfilling lives, I hope they can too without fear of backlash or putting their career at risk.

@@anjnadesai1410 Since no one answered, there's a lot of people who jokingly (semi-seriously) have a marriage pact where "if both of us are still single by 35/40/45, we'll marry each other for the tax benefits" etc. This is usually between really good friends, so Eric apparently has a lot of friends that would gladly be married for convenience aka he is the insurance in case things dont work out.

I never really liked the idea of casual dating, I hate it. Amber was spot on when she said, "If I date you, it means I wanna marry you." I go by my statement which is, if it ain't serious, I wouldn't bother. But thinking about my love life, which is non-existent since I haven't dated anyone my whole life, I also started thinking the same way Amber did, is to _atleast_ try.
