I think there’s more downside. I haven’t bought yet but have had 300 shares for over 2 years at this point. My goal is to load the boat like crazy at $100 - $150 range
I only trade TESLA options for now until we have a clearer direction, before I decide if to go long on it. I traded TESLA today, identified the resistance at $170. I rode PUTS down to $161. I also held held my $172 TESLA PUTS overnight from yesterday. Made a little profit before trading from 170 down. Made a little 6k change. Then called it a day. It bounced back up but I didn't chase it back up.

I'm with you Moe, it keeps hitting the greener support line and bumping up off it. Retesting it regularly, but so far back up each time. I'm holding. If it drops under 163ish, I may trim and again at any of the next supports until we reach 140 where I'll buy back. If it drops under that, watch for under 100$ sadly...especially if there are rate increases. TheFEDZombies will kill the stock market and cause a recession for sure if they do that.
Ugh, what a bunch of goons thinking and talking about raising rates again. How's that going to help the housing/real-estate/construction sectors and in the process keeping prices high and rents high, hence inflation up. It's like they are encouraging it to keep the darn rates higher for longer...and I disagree and believe that they don't need to cause a recession, they need to stop overdoing things and waiting for catastrophe to act. Raising rates higher than necessary even when they're dumbdumb late doing it 2022, exaggerating didn't help unless they start to cut gradually as inflation comes down and not wait for 2%, cut before the gap between rates/inflation gets too big, and it's been too big for too long now. THEY are causing the stickiness! THEY are manipulating everything to keep the higher for longer narrative as strong as possible! I bet if we had access to the books that hold the rules of ruling, you'd read how it keeps them in power by doing exactly this...sickening.
TM / Toyota- compare charts long term- Elon and plenty of investors had their innocent climb- and sure, he and Tesla aren’t going anywhere- but the volatility will continue to be there with a heavy lean toward this space being cannibalized over time- there’s room for all, but I’ll take the tried and true steady horse here with upside to Eva when Toyota wants to really step in- they will have an affordable EV at some point..
