Doom main here. Main advice, do not attempt an ambush remech on a doomfist, especially if you just ulted. The number of dvas that got behind me after they ulted expecting me to have to face the ult and then attempt to remech is funny to say the least. In general don’t attempt to remech on a doomfist.
Thank you! As a new new player I was easily winning with my girl dva but as I got better I started kinda falling off a bit so I started playing other ppl to learn counters and such. It was a lot lol 😂 thank you for thissssss
of course! there is a time to play dva but there is also sadly a time to swap off :( hopefully i made it so that you wouldn't have to swap off so quickly and you can exploit some of the tanks that you generally have a bit of a hard time against! learning when to swap off dva is also key to knowing how to play her!

It has come to my attention that I forgot to add the most obvious matchup, D.Va vs well, ANOTHER D.VA! The most basic tips I can give, since most of it comes down to mechanically being better than your opposing D.Va, is to time your Defense Matrix when she isn’t using hers. When fighting a D.Va in a 1v1 it is all about timing on your abilities. Try your best to time your Defense Matrix to last longer than hers will. Use it more sparingly and feel out how much she uses her Defense Matrix when fighting you and use yours more sparingly than hers to make sure you win the 1v1. It really all comes down to mechanics, and oh, watching more of my videos will make sure you can be the best D.Va you can be :3 So I recommend watching them :)

ofc dude i was actually considering doing against all heroes but i havent really considered playing with certain heroes! i think for that one i can make like a D.Va synergies video where i talk about some really good synergies that d.va can have. since not every dps will have one, i will probably make that one a more general video but i will definitely do that in the future! thanks for the advice and im glad you found this helpful!
Amazing guide like always! Straight forward and beginner friendly but your gonna have to replace that Lofee guy terrible actor! Great video though can't wait for the next one!
Love the video. Only problem was the 1-10 scaling. It was difficult to following along because the scoring seemed backwards. For example, winston was really easy to counter so dva would rank 8/10 on how effective she is against him. Instead, you used 2/10 which makes me think Dva fails at countering him. Idk just my opinion. The scaling seemed off.
i understand the confusion! i guess i meant like to make the numbers as like how much ofa threat they are against you instead of how much they counter you. that was my vision and im sorry fi it was a bit confusing! if it helps at all, they are all in order of easiest to hardest to counter
one time i was playing dva and i killed 4 of the enemy team (both dps and both supports, double bomb + 2 solo kills) and i turned around only to see that the fully charged enemy zarya had single-handedly mowed down my entire team as well. it was not me who charged her as i was keeping track of her bubbles and she didn’t use them on anyone i’d killed. i’d also been harassing her supports (zen/ana) so that whole time she wasn’t getting healed, if at all. i was half hp and she was missing like a quarter of health and i got killed bc of how fully charged she was. needless to say i was very annoyed
Zarya should be a 7 at best, she is not hard to play against as Dva, she is just annoying. It's also incredibly easy to bait bubbles and not charge her.

Has a doom main I will give you 1 advice, doomfist can cancel your mech recall with a punch so call it when the punch is in cooldown.

Here so I can force Dva/Winston into every single game relentlessly(been playing more dva recently because stupid reaper bastion meta)
