Flats @ 2:20 I dont mind leavers but people trolling and intentionally throwing or afking is annoying regardless of what game mode youre in. The other day i had a guy afking on sombra and his response was literally, "dont worry, its qp, its not like we need to win". When youre having a fun game of overwatch and someone starts throwing it sucks no matter what.
flats: "why dont you play ranked then?" well, for me its because: - queue times way too long - leavers (qp has backfill, makes it less annoying/not a guaranteed loss)
People don’t want to play ranked because the queue times are so long thus making the queue times even longer. And unless you have proof the “leavers” is just a cope.
To cover the TF2 bot issue - its been a running problem since late 2019/early 2020 when COVID hit. in terms of bots, you will find servers that are FULL of them, often with the same name. However, its not as common when you get them because people are VERY quick to votekicking them when they're called out. It's still playable and thank god for Community servers and other gamemodes you can play. TF2 has its flaws but you are able to go elsewhere if the servers you play are filled with bots and cheaters. No one likes them, but the bot count has been cut pretty significantly with what's been done to fight against them.
To be fair you shouldn't go the quick play just to troll and throw , you can have all the fun you want but it shouldn't come at the cost of other people.
Depends on what your definition of throwing is. Trying out a new hero and seeing somebody go hyper negative may seem like they're throwing. But they're just tryna learn a new character
@@AngrySecs I just got back into trying ranked last week after skipping the last...5 or 6 seasons? The few games I've had have all been pretty close. One game was a stomp because our tank DCd. One game was super close (round 3: 99% vs 100%)
Play ranked then some people aren't throwing they are learning a new character in the casual mode and they are getting rolled. Who cares it's a casual mode
Talks about how QP isn't about sweating. 3:54, talks about the kiriko being a low rank for a random suzu. In QP you do random stuff all the time, because you don't care, you don't want to play optimally because it QP. Make up your mind Flats xD
Tf2 has a major bot problem, a majority of the games I played the other day were more bot than player and you can’t kick them because they automatically vote no when a vote is called. And there’s also variants of the bots if they play the objective or spam annoying sounds or music over the mic
my issue with the qp mentality is that a lot of sweats have been playing it recently, i'll get into a fairly balanced game and then get into one right after where i'm getting wiped and they're playing like their lived depend on it
Don't fully agree with the "it's just qp" take. Sure, I agree it shouldn't be taken too seriously, but if you are actively ruining the experience of others because "ItS JuSt Qp BrO" you're in the wrong.
@@seanrasmussen2877Not everyone you think is throwing is throwing though. Like the other guy said some people learn new characters and they are doing the right thing learning them in QP instead of ranked. If you want complete competitive integrity play ranked
This was just sad to witness. It's QP for the love of all that is holy. I hate how everyone feels the need to absolutely sweat in this game now in every aspect of it. I jump into QP to either warm up, practice a hero I don't play, or just to have a low steaks game. I would say I'm surprised that OW's anti-cheat didn't catch this, but... Well, it's OW's anti-cheat after all.
I use unranked matches to warm up before ranked. And I'd like a real match to warm up with. If you wanna just fly around as Echo not shooting anything, go do it in a custom game.
As someone who's relearning some tanks and usually only plays comp, I try not to sweat and I feel bad when I put to much effort into a QP match UNLESS SOMEONE SHIT TALKS- but other than that I really am there to cool off and be silly you know?
Well if they allowed cross platform parties to play comp together, sure i would play quick play more often since i mostly play with my friend online, but they don't, so it's all quickplay. There's a difference between try-harding and playing the game without trolling
Quick play compared to ranked, the damn ranked feels alot nicer tbh cause at least I'm matched against my rank (which qp does do sometimes which is nice) but nothing better then being Plat at my highest an getting matched against T500 GMs in qp 😂 fortunately usually not as toxic when the stomp tf outta my team lmao even though they definitely could be, just ggs which honestly is probably why qp is my chill game mode over ranked, leaver? Eh, tank playing dumb as hell? Let em die an do you, but some are interesting in qp for sure...example, get on widow, get told to swap before doors even open Don't get me wrong I have bad matches with her but 300 hours now on her I usually do pretty well 😂
Regrettably i am one of those people that get frustrated when my team in QP doesn't seem to care. which hits harder after a few losses. Then they say "chill out it's only QP", which is very annoying. like yeah, i get that, but call me crazy, but it's still nice to win though right? right? ='(
If winning is your main goal and not playing the game to learn a new character/ have fun with them then play competitive. You’ll get the experience you’re chasing
Ironic you say regrettably. It seems that you yourself don’t like the way you are. But agreeably, I myself can SOMETIMES be that try hard in QP and get frustrated with someone for not doing well…(if it’s Doom, I will 100% call them out…while being polite about it, cuz I hate Doom) or if I’m having a rivalry with one of their team…otherwise, if someone from the other side says hi, imma stop and say hi, and it’ll be a 4.5v4.5 from then on (we still do our jobs, but we don’t hurt each other…unless they end up in the crossfire/collateral of an ultimate or something like a tire or blade or bomb). Sometimes saying hi to one person can eventually trigger everyone to start saying hi and being friendly. If one of those people has a “I need to win” mentality, and starts shooting up the place, that’s where you’re wrong. If you don’t like it, leave. Who doesn’t like wholesome Overwatch? “But there are custom modes for that”. True, but it’s quick play. Nothing is on the line if you lose, except likely your fragile ego. Which is a problem. Overall, QP for me is all about fun…winning is a bonus.
Play the game to make cool plays and improve in QP even if you lose if you had big plays it can still feel fun. The game has a built in SBMM tying your satisfaction to winning is setting yourself up for failure.
It’s very simple if you want to be competitive play the competitive game mode. If you’re trying to be competitive in a casual game mode, you are only going to disappoint yourself and get mad at other people for no reason
I've got a diamond friend who refuses to play ranked because he's scared of the number, I'm silver and give no fucks about the number anymore since it's +4 -20.

quick play flamers genuinely make no sense to me. flamers are bad enough, but why would you flame in the fun mode? that’s like one step removed from flaming someone in no limits.
people leave in comp and you cant find in time somone in hes place, but in QP it's almost insta. So QP better if you want to play and not see how dps insta leave when they died first time....
Idk, I take both my quickplay and competitive games seriously. Who the fuck plays to have fun in Overwatch 2 2023. Just because it's QP, it doesn't mean I don't try to win. Qp is to farm wins, Ranked is for learning.
i was in a qp game and everyone was kinda just being silly and somone said “stop throwing” like what were having fun its qp dose it really matter then they said that they were tired of hear the “its just qp” excuse but like it is???? it dosent matter go play ranked 😭
TF2 is kinda up in the air. Cheaters, not so much an issue. They are out there for sure but the bots are the primary gripe, and even then there are ways to deal with them. Somewhere along the line the source code for TF2 was leaked, and bot makers got a lot of advances in how to skirt the system. There is a legion of bots set up on servers just running TF2 with bots that hop from server to server just trying to derail games. It's largely automated from what I can tell but there are a several people who do it and keep it running. The consequence of the game becoming free to play ultimately which is why Blizz def wanted that phone authentication for ppl playing OW2, even though people got all up in arms about it. I don't know that botting is all that simple to do in OW2 comparatively though. *Edit* You also get around a lot of the bot and cheater issues in TF2 by simply playing on privately hosted servers as opposed to the Valve servers. These servers typically have actual admins that can be called upon to deal with issues and ban bots as needed.
The crazy part is alot of the kills they got using aimbot were easily attainable. In reality, they didn't even need it most of the time. The picks on Soldier is a great example of this.

People don’t want to play ranked because the queue times are so long thus making the queue times even longer. And unless you have proof the “leavers” is just a cope.
@@asonofliberty3662jesus christ you are so chronically online your language omg 💀

The way he said Illairs ultimate voice line 😭✋
Yes TF2 has lots of bots and cheaters, but they have ways to deal with it, like vote to kick, and no consequences to leaving a game.
Yes, but there are times when the team confidently presses f2 and the cheater continues to play
When I’m by myself I try to win but when I’m with friends on quick play or ranked I’m playing to have fun winning is just an added bonus
flats forgot about the pact. Thats how
To cover the TF2 bot issue - its been a running problem since late 2019/early 2020 when COVID hit. in terms of bots, you will find servers that are FULL of them, often with the same name.
One game was super close (round 3: 99% vs 100%)
go play ranked, you being too afraid of it is something nobody cares about
Play ranked then some people aren't throwing they are learning a new character in the casual mode and they are getting rolled. Who cares it's a casual mode
"NOT NEARLY TO THAT LEVEL" - OW2 has such a massive problem. Anything below Plat has at least 1 per ranked match and QP was pure horror.
cap
*hears tire on the right, looks to the left*
bro tried to eat a junk tire and not an illari ult 💀
You’re allowed to and it’s okay to try hard and sweat in quickplay as long as you keep it to yourself.
You know I should start playing like this but without the Aimbot.
Yeah I agree, they should make a ranked gamemode, QP is definitely to casual uhuh.
Is there a reason why Flats doesn't spectate bronze players anymore? Seems like it's only cheaters now.
cheaters are more interesting especially the ones that are so blatantly obvious.
Yes.
I don't want Papa Flats watching my shitty plays anymore.
He's given me great advice despite my horrible habits.
There might be more cheaters than bronze players in the game at this point
Is there a way to recommend you workshop codes?
I remember I never played comp because I was uncomfortable/afraid in that scene, so I just never took the actual game seriously, all funsies.
it funny that it been the same GhostlyAngel person who die to diva ult since the beginning of the match
When you bring an aimbot to an aimbot
my issue with the qp mentality is that a lot of sweats have been playing it recently, i'll get into a fairly balanced game and then get into one right after where i'm getting wiped and they're playing like their lived depend on it
Don't fully agree with the "it's just qp" take. Sure, I agree it shouldn't be taken too seriously, but if you are actively ruining the experience of others because "ItS JuSt Qp BrO" you're in the wrong.
Go play ranked, people go to qp to practice their off hero, you expecting the casual mode to be taken seriously is laughable
@Kat-xp8zn what's laughable is your obvious inability to understand the point. Keep throwing games and thinking you're not a pleeb.
@@seanrasmussen2877Not everyone you think is throwing is throwing though. Like the other guy said some people learn new characters and they are doing the right thing learning them in QP instead of ranked. If you want complete competitive integrity play ranked
@@seanrasmussen2877Honest question why don't you just que up for ranked what's your reason for queuing up QP ?
The pact is very much alive at least in plat/ gold 😂😂 every time 😂😂😂
Those who want QP to be try hard and don't play ranked, ain't afraid of ranked.
They afraid of proof of their performance.
Worst part is he's dying with a full bar of DM
Lol
Now i need to see a brig aimbotting
Ain't never seen someone try to dm a tire lmao
I use unranked matches to warm up before ranked. And I'd like a real match to warm up with. If you wanna just fly around as Echo not shooting anything, go do it in a custom game.
As someone who's relearning some tanks and usually only plays comp, I try not to sweat and I feel bad when I put to much effort into a QP match UNLESS SOMEONE SHIT TALKS- but other than that I really am there to cool off and be silly you know?
THE PACT!!! THE PACT LIVES ON!!!
quick play is our comp flats shh 😭
Funny thing is , that I only play quick play, I think I played like 15 competitive, ands have been playing for like 4 years
Well if they allowed cross platform parties to play comp together, sure i would play quick play more often since i mostly play with my friend online, but they don't, so it's all quickplay. There's a difference between try-harding and playing the game without trolling
bro turned on his cheats in mid fight it took him 5 secs lmao
I feel like I’m tf2 everyone has become so attuned to spotting and immediately vote kicking bots and cheaters. (Most of the time)
Quick play compared to ranked, the damn ranked feels alot nicer tbh cause at least I'm matched against my rank (which qp does do sometimes which is nice) but nothing better then being Plat at my highest an getting matched against T500 GMs in qp 😂 fortunately usually not as toxic when the stomp tf outta my team lmao even though they definitely could be, just ggs which honestly is probably why qp is my chill game mode over ranked, leaver? Eh, tank playing dumb as hell? Let em die an do you, but some are interesting in qp for sure...example, get on widow, get told to swap before doors even open
Don't get me wrong I have bad matches with her but 300 hours now on her I usually do pretty well 😂
Whenever I see cheats play characters like DVa I'm just flabbergasted.
I just started playing the game and even i can tell there was an aimbot at 10:23
A head empty dva with some new gamer chair?

If you’re trying to be competitive in a casual game mode, you are only going to disappoint yourself and get mad at other people for no reason
im like 90% sure i played with ghostlyblu before when i was dva. kinda funny seeing this lol
Are you sure about that, Its me, im the flesh. I can’t believe flats made a video and im in it lmao
…….same omg
@@catfox3154 Rude
I've got a diamond friend who refuses to play ranked because he's scared of the number, I'm silver and give no fucks about the number anymore since it's +4 -20.
you just gotta ask emongg
DVA pact still exists in low ranks xD
For some reason, i find more hackers in Qp than Comp fr
I saw instantly that dva knew at least somewhat how to play. Because of the way she was "looking around" peeps who dont know how dont care to look around ever. They just look straight lol
I'm only about halfway through the video, and so far I think every kill they've gotten with bomb was the exact same person each time
Edit: It was just mentioned in the video lmao
she just has 10k hours in kovaks
they not cheating they just have a really good gaming chair 😂😂
Dva hacking has got to be disgraceful to the character.
I feel like a lot of cheaters dont cheat because they're bad, but rather because they don't want to spend the time to get good
WAIT I think this is the same DVA I also encountered in QP couple days ago…bro she got head aim bot assist even in baby DVA and can literally track me while I shift as Moira like what???
I reported but idk if blizzard gonna do anything tbh
Dumb question but once you unlock ranked is it better to play that or qp for a newer player. I want fair games but don't want to ruin people's games.
is there a life save hack that leave players at 1% hp? it just seems to be happening more maybe just the same rate and im delusional
Yea they hate weavers until the get gripped out of reins pin
Idk why i'm always watching cheaters videos when i'm about to sleep. It’s giving me a headache 😂 like the SHAKING!
The gentle constant shaking and twitching of the screen is rocking you to sleep
the wild thing in my honest opinion their aim before hacks wasnt terrible they just played sniper dva, yeah could still use work but like they are just a quitter. also def needs a better sens
Good stuff
Ranked takes long time to queue
"why cheat ? work on other things ?" bc of the match making, thats the simplest answer
i rarely play ranked because i just dont like sweating. I just rather chill playing qp and not having to try my best
YOU LOOK LIKE jOHNNY RAZER
I've never seen that comparison but you're not necessarily wrong
People like to have their account be acknowledged (even just verbally stating their username) by people they look up to/popular individuals
W that they lost. I wonder what the spoilered part of the discord message said
6 year old mentality
quick play flamers genuinely make no sense to me. flamers are bad enough, but why would you flame in the fun mode? that’s like one step removed from flaming someone in no limits.
I'll be honest, some quick play games are WAY more difficult then some ranked games...I'm not saying all, I'm saying "SOME"....
people leave in comp and you cant find in time somone in hes place, but in QP it's almost insta.
I play quick play because my friends are on PC and we can't play ranked on different platforms
