    I am in my mid 50's and I am FINALLY learning how to SHRED!
    Dan Mumm is an amazing instructor, he takes the time to explain many things in detail before presenting his exercises. I have purchased most of Dan's courses and work my way slowly through each of them to add variety to my practice sessions. In 2 years, I am doing things I never thought I would be able to accomplish. If you want to ROCK with style, start with INFINITE SHRED! I just started infinite sequencing and I am impressed! WELL DONE!

    Just finished up the Infinite Shred Method a couple months ago. It was fantastic. Now I guess it’s time to move forward. Thanks Mr. Munn.

    Bought this one immediately and haven't had the time to crack it open until now, I know this will be a game changer, every course I've picked up from you has been.
    Also that exercise from infinite shred of just skipping thirds up and down the major scale throughout the entire fretboard has streamlined my progression, skipping thirds is second nature to me now and I love using it in solos
    Thanks for your amazing courses! Best online course on the internet and I've tried a lot of em

    How low is your action on this guitar ??

    • @kristopherdetar4346
      @kristopherdetar4346 2 года назад

      Seriously, can I have some measurement numbers. I appreciate your finesse but the low action on your neck is unreal.

    • @DanMummSolo
      @DanMummSolo  2 года назад +1

      I'm a big fan of low action and both guitars here are set up with what would be considered low. Because of the unusual carbon fiber construction of the Parker, it can be set to absurdly low action without any fret buzz or stability issues, but I don't go that low because it sacrifices too much tone. But it's pretty low. The Tagima Zero is in the "low" ballpark but considerably higher than the Parker.

      @@DanMummSolo I am a life long beginner. Now my fingers are not like they were 40 years ago. That is why I can appreciate the low action with minimal finger tip pressure. I will need to look up the names you mentioned. I have no clue what you are talking about.

    Technique wise, what kind of stuff you're using in this course? Legato, alternate, sweep?

    • @Tury1799
      @Tury1799 2 года назад

      I’m sure it’ll definitely include sweep and legato.

    • @randomalbum9879

      I think this course is more about the many different ways you can sequence, and it's up to us if we want to use down picking, economy picking, alternate picking or legato. He already has a course called Sweep Picking Mastery where he deep dives into sweep pattern possibilities, so I don't think this course will have too much sweeping, it's more about scale shapes and what you can do with them.
      At least that's what I understand based on the Infinite Shred course. This is like a direct sequel to that.

      @DanMummSolo  2 года назад +1

      Hi Devan, sorry for the delayed reply here. Random Album stated it exactly right. I recommend in the course to use alternate picking for most of the exercises but at least a few of the exercises would work very well for sweep picking. There are a number of exercises that specifically use slides, but that's the only legato that's shown in the course. However, you can use the exercises to practice legato or sweep picking or use what's taught in the course to craft sequences specifically for those or other techniques.
