Every Red Flag like this Red Flag 24-1 that ends with a 1 being the first part of the entire Red Flag exercise, it's always restricted to the US, UK and Australia. Other countries participate in the rest. Fun fact.

Participated in Red Flag while as a crew chief of the a C-130E with the 146TAW ( 1986-1990 ), but did you know there is a green flag at the same time. The green flag are those that are observing and collecting data not directly participating in the combat portion of the exercise.

Great to see RAAF present. Whatever happened (or is happening) to the RAAF Legacy Hornets on the way to US Air that got held in Guam? Anyone know?
Legacy Hornets? They're stored in Guam as we retired them in 2021. Replaced with F-35's and Super Hornets replaced our F-111's.
