Facebook has worked out for me when I was applying. Every college has their group or you can even search the name of the university Indians (or even people from other countries) are helpful enough. The questions you ask shows how much research you've done. Even now if I'm replying to few of the messages on FB, I don't mind reading paragraphs if the questions are interesting/unique enough. Stop expecting that anyone will give you the direct answer..the usual spoonfed way... Even if they show you the way to get the answer, it's good enough..:)
