Great timing on this video! As I have focused more on getting tall and full knee extension in the finish of the second pull, I have started to miss behind more often. I do use no-foot snatch in my warm up, but I'll start drilling it further into my warm-up percentages as I build toward my working sets. Keep up the great content, as a lifter, coach, and club administrator, the information you have been putting out lately has been insightful, relevant, and helpful.

Makes sense. I definitely pull to early. I've noticed watching Lasha snatch in slow motion he hits that high hang position perfectly, feet are flat...then he drives the bar up. Thanks for this video I've learnt some new things here

I am new to weightlifting. I’ve found it so much harder and more technical than it looks but that’s the challenge I love! I am just a beginner but found the advice and knowledge given in this video to be excellent and very clear and easy to understand. you seem to be a knowledgeable teacher. So far for the snatch I’ve kept the weight light while learning good form and technique as I feel it’s better to do that than let ego kick in and injure myself with bad form. Thanks for the video.
