To answer the ladies question they have to understand that men and women are not the same. A woman's initial value is in her purity (virginity, low body count, etc.). While a man's initial value is what he can provide (protection, security, etc.).
1, A woman who has a high body count isn't seen in a positive light based on her initial perceived value she should've had (virginity, low body count). An because she no longer has those options. This will pose a major challenge in a man looking past this and choosing to see what else she has to offer outside of physical attraction.
2, Most men will not consider her as a life partner due to her past and the impact it'll have on his reputation which is very important to him.

They come to this world moldable, flexible, stretchy, able to fold into whatever fits the relationship they're in.
As she has sex with men, the clay hardens and becomes more solid. She becomes more "self-made" and set on her ways. She starts thinking like a man.
Men don't want that. They don't want to marry another man. They don't want to be bumping heads with a woman who has already made up her mind on how she handles relationships because then the man can't customize and guide her according to the relationship. He's not going to teach her because she's going to reject his ideologies.
This is why I've seen SOMANY relationships where the man takes the woman by like 8-10 yrs its not some "weirdo" shit or anything, its literally because the less experienced a lady is, the more open she is to letting the man be the leader and flourish her into an amicable partner.
The sad thing is of course, many men do abuse this power for the wrong reasons, but that is a whole other story. Point is, men place HIGH value and PRIORITY in women who "haven't been soiled".
