I have watched a few of your videos and would like to make some of these. However you start out giving the ingredients in both metric and regular the only in metric. So I stop watching also some ingredients I can't find in America and not sure what to substitute.
Instead of mascarpone I use cream cheese! And as for the other ingredients like agar, which I searched every store for! I use gelatin which works in most cases:) I hope this helps and there are free metric converters online that really help too!💝
How many servings is it supposed to make? If only 3 that would be 33g sugar per serving which is so much. Will it also work with low calorie sugar substitute ?

5 minutes after 20 minutes of cutting, pureeing, blending, cooking plus 2 hours of cool down .. and 10 minutes whipping and blending in marscapone .
I don't think that takes 5 minutes to make. Just chopping the strawberries will take almost every single minute of the 5.
