    I appreciate your time to put this together...it helps a lot. However, for many of us who have a motor that quit with the window in the down position, we can't exactly use the motor to raise the glass into the upper position....so how does one get to those rivets to get the glass separated from the track?

    Why would you need to replace the regulator unless motor burned up.

    What if the window is stuck on the bottom position and it wont go up? Any video on this for a 2001 Ford Sport trac rear passenger side window.

    Can any one tell me what size bolt i.e. 1/2 1ih i know they are 10mm but no one knows how long they have to be

    The Spring on mine doesn't have any tension. When I put the Spring on the regulator and turn the piece around to get tension on the Spring, the center shaft just spins. I guess it broke loose... has anybody ever seen that before? Will it work like this?
