  • How to prepare cottage cheese pancakes - tasty, tender, fluffy and airy? Here is a recipe for super tender cottage cheese pancakes that you can prepare without much difficulty and without spending a lot of time! The secret of these cheesecakes is that instead of flour or semolina, corn starch is added to the dough. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes are airy and not dense. We use flour only for molding. The cottage cheese should be 9%, paste-like, not very wet, and most importantly, tasty on its own :) The taste of the cheesecakes will greatly depend on what kind of cottage cheese you use.
    I got 10 cheesecakes, 50g each.
    Ingredients:
    - 400g cottage cheese (9%)
    - 30g sugar
    - 1 egg
    - 20g corn starch
    - vanilla (to taste)
    - a pinch of salt (if the cottage cheese is not salted)
    - flour only for shaping
    1. Mix cottage cheese with egg, sugar and cornstarch until smooth. If the cottage cheese is grain-based, use an immersion blender to make a paste-like consistency.
    2. The weight of one cheesecake is 40-50g. I got 10 cheesecakes, 50g each. Roll each cheesecake well in flour and use a glass to form a beautiful round shape. As shown in the video.
    3. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. Cook cheesecakes over low heat until golden brown on each side. If you cook over high heat, they will not have time to bake inside and will burn on the outside.
    4. Ready cheesecakes can be served with sour cream, cream, jam, berries, etc.

    Я делаю так же , только потом заливаю в сковороду сметану с сахаром и тушу на медленном огне минут 10.
