Passing Inspection, Nail hole in tire & Install Fog lights [E36 Project Ep 0.5]

Working on getting the car compliant to pass state inspection. Trip to the junkyard in search of fog lights but end up finding other parts. I plug 2 tires that have nails in them & install new fog lights
