How To Wire E36 M3 Euro Headlights with City Lights

I finally wrapped up pretty much everything needed to get my E36 M3 on the road so I can start driving it to see what it needs and figure out what performance parts I can/should install first!
Today I needed to wire in my E36 M3 euro headlights and thanks to MSportParts.Com, the install was really easy.
