    I use the brown sugar / good seasons mixture on chicken breast. I coat the breast , put in Pyrex 9x13 dish. Add a can of no sugar added pineapple on top and red and green peppers. Pour a little of the fruit juice around edge of dish. Cover tightly and bake 59 min or so. If I have maraschino cherries, I rinse some and put over the top too. I serve over rice . It’s yummy! I use the swerve brown sugar to cut down on points.

    I've recently started watching your videos current and past. I'm also on WW. It would be nice to know if what you are eating is working for weight loss. You don't have to share your weight, but maybe share whether you loss or gained. I appreciate seeing what you eat and the points you use or don't use, but your content is missing the results. Thank you for great content and a great personality!
