  • But, we're not only going to look at what repentance means, and the difference between remorse, regret, and repentance. We're also going to look at what we are saved FROM. Because the truth is, we are not saved from hell, not directly at least.
But, we are saved from hell. We are saved from lying. We are saved from cheating. We are saved from living a life of sin. We are saved away FROM the broad road of sin and death, TO the narrow road of holiness, sanctification and eternal life.
I believe this teaching is going to open your eyes and give you many answers, and will set you free and help you desire even more to live the life God has called you to. The one the Son sets free shall be free indeed!
If you haven't seen the other lessons, you can see the INTRO to the series, FIGHTING FOR THE TRUE GOSPEL, here:

Torben, you explain everything so clearly. I look forward to the next video. Repentance is so beautiful. I WANT God to reveal any darkness in me. There is nothing more I want than to walk in holiness, to be like Jesus and when the Father does reveal sin, it wrecks me. It's not fun, but I'm eager to get rid of it.

Jesus has already taken the darkness from you and has crucified it and buried it. Any darkness in you has already been dealt with and is gone forever. It is only real if you dredge up and pay attention to it. Instead, the Bible teaches, 'Walk in the Newness of Life'. You already have this New Life created in righteousness and true holiness. You are already made holy and righteous by the blood of Jesus Christ and your faith in Him. If not, how is it possible that you can BOLDLY walk into God's Almighty Presence?

@@jaylinn416 Jesus died to make the internal sin nature silent. The soul/mind must be renewed. If your mind is not renewed you will continue doing your old sins. Yes we all have unsanctified areas of our minds. If you say you have no sin you are a liar. The darkness she’s talking about is any behaviors that are offensive to God. Only Jesus can change those things and the Holy Spirit must bring those areas out of ignorance into the light of the knowledge we have, then we turn those things over and repent of them.

Thank you Torben, this is so strong! I need this so much! I have been baptised without repentance, failing to see what God was giving... With the most worse outcome you can imagen... When I was baptised there was a change of heart but it did not take root. I am on that dead road, I need help, I want that true livestyle with Jesus, I have sinned against God and its that relationship I miss the most. I want the sacrifice that Jesus made to be real in my live, I want that true freedom, that true obidience, that is not in this world, a true new concience and hart and to accept that Jesus is really Master over my hole live. You are right, the mind set of what I believe and who I believe in is what I do, no matter what happens, not in myself but in Him, in Jesus! Thx Torben!

Yes but jesus broke the curse of the power of the law of sin and death in Roman’s therefore in him we have freedom from all sin if we walk in Christ and abide in which is perfect there is no sin. That’s doesn’t mean u don’t have the capability to sin. We are no longer slaves but scripture tells us and warns us not to yoke ourselves with bondage again. To walk according to the flesh is death but to walk according to the spirit is life

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.
Notice the wrath of God. We are saved from the wrath of God being reconciled with God through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior

    Hello all,
I need guidance in my Christian walk. I was saved at the young age of 9 years old, and had a radical encounter with Jesus. All was well for a couple of years. I preached the gospel to my school friends. I got baptized in water (like 4 times throughout my teen years because I felt like something was missing in my walk with God), and then once I stopped reading my Bible as much, Satan attacked me with nightmares involving death. I was so afraid and I couldn’t sleep at night, and it went on for quite a while until I fell away from God. Then once I was 15 I fell into serious sin. Sexual immorality, drunkenness, sensuality, dabbled in witchcraft, divination, new age practices, etc.
God opened my eyes once I turned 23 years old and I stopped being sexually active, I forsook all of those practices. But I’ve been battling against fear for a long time and it’s kept me even from sharing the gospel. I’ve repented from all of the practices and sin that I committed in my ignorance and I recall the moment of being saved, but can someone guide me as to why I’m not living in freedom? Why am I still in bondage to fear? I’m afraid of people and afraid to walk in the identity God has clearly given me through His word. I constantly shame myself and put myself down.
What am I missing? Do I need to be baptized in the Holy Spirit?? I’ve heard about that a lot recently and I just want to walk in liberty. I want to receive the love that God has for me. I want to walk by the Spirit and live the abundant life He has for me!
Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.

It may be diffocult in the beginning.. and we may relapse.. but God is merciful and loving and ready to forgive us if we repent.. God truly loves us and He has so many good things waiting for us if we are faithful.
It is a narrow way.. But love of Jesus is greater than any sin.. And rewardswill be geat in Heaven.. really thats what we should look and wait for..

Torbin! On your next video about baptism, can you talk about "re-baptizm". Some have been baptized in Jesus name years back, but feel sin has crept back and maybe some sin have never really left. Should they be re-baptized. They just want freedom from sin. Do they need to fast to submit the flesh? Do they need deliverance from lustful spirits? Or do they need to man up and take cold showers or go for a run when they are tempted? Also, can you please cover the doctrine/idea that says, "when you take communion, it's like you have been baptized all over again." Meaning, "the act of doing communion washes away sins you have committed".

I come from a liberal Christianity where people don´t talk so much about repentance or sin because they say it´s not for today because we now have the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit will correct our behavior if we do something wrong. Sin isn´t mentioned in sermons besides Good Friday so I underestimated its power for a long time. I think it´s true that one can´t understand the Power of the Gospel if you don´t understand sin.

Hi, nice to talk to you.
i fight with a sin in my life for years. i born in a christian family, and i was baptized at 12, but the sin continued. at 20 i started a life for Jesus like i''ve never before, i was serving in my local church, but the sin continued (God baptized me with the holy Spirit when i was 14)
well, last year, at 28, i started to live as a disciple, i found other disciples in the tlr map, and when God talked to many in the church, including my wife and i that i had to be born again in water, i had to baptize me again, so i did, then the sin immediately left me. so i can tell you IM FREE from sin . i repented, i wanted to left that sin behind but i couldnt until God didit in me through baptism. And now i can testify, if you are fighting with sin, but you have low or none power in that sin, may be that you need to be born again.
if you need help let me know...
      God bless you

Linda , good afternoon! Wanted to say this. In 1 John 3:6 it says - Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. A little further on in verse 9 it says that Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remains the in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Linda there is power in the resurrection. Sin is the transgression of the law. Jesus came to set us free from the curse pronounced by the law. Romans 6 describes soooooo fantastic the effectiveness of water baptism in Jesus name ! Very very clear. Hope this helps you, and above all the in the armor of God , take on the shield of faith, werewith YE SHALL BE ABLE TO QUENCH ALLLLLLLLL THE FIERY DARTS OF THE WICKED ! In our new man we have been given power to overcome, His Holy Spirit power, AMEN HALLELUJAH JESUS!
I pray Linda that your faith remain and grow in Jesus name , and may Gods overwhelming grace and mercy be with you Linda. Last but not least , in prayer I got this revelation from God and this is what he said “ MY LOVE IS YOUR STRENGTH ” We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus

@The Last Reformation - Torben, thank you so much for this revelation on Repentance. As I listened to your words, I measured myself and every member of my extended family (approx 60 people). I came to the cold realisation that myself and every member of my family are headed down that wide road.....For a number of reasons being grounded in traditions, sins, false church teachings, etc, etc. Not one single member of my extended family has been reborn, not one has the holy spirit and not one single person amongst them even shows the fruit of the spirit. Based on my understanding, none of them have repented, none have been "properly" baptised and none have the holy spirit, so are we all headed to hell? How do you save people you love when they they refuse to listen to the bad news? Your help would be appreciated?

I also wonder could the 1 John verse ‘if we claim to be without sin etc etc..’ be talking about the first step of repenting and coming to Christ? And not about the Christian life? As it is now a lot of people when presented with the gospel say that they do not need to repent.. So could John be talking about the first step of repentance rather than continual repentance throughout the Christian walk if that makes sense? Therefore, John may bring a very high standard that as Christians we should now not be consciously sinning at all... As Torben says John then goes on and says IF anyone does sin not ‘WHEN’ you sin..

@@chriswood7165 Well you have to deal with the Mark of the Beast, you can't just ignore it, after all the Book of Revelation is the reveling of Jesus Christ, God's Word. Let's first look into the Book of Revelation for the new covenant Scripture you seek. Let's ask ourselves, what causes men to receive the plagues of Revelation 18?
      Revelation 18:
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye *be not partakers of her sins and that ye receive not of her plagues*
SIN/THE MARK OF THE BEAST CAUSEs MEN TO RECEIVE THE PLAGUES. WE SEE HOW SIN AND THE MARK OF THE BEAST ARE TIED TOGETHER BY THE RECEIVING OF THE PLAQUES BY READING REVELATION 16:2
      Revelation 16:2
2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and *there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast* and upon them which worshipped his image.
Let's also look at more new covenant Scripture. Notice the reference to the hand and forehead (mind).
      James 4:5
8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. *Cleanse your hands, ye sinners* and *purify your hearts, ye double minded*
Finally the Mark of the Beast is the direct opposite of the Seal of God.
      2 Timothy 2:19
19 Nevertheless *the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal The Lord knoweth them that are his* And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ *depart from iniquity*

It's extremely sad that many "Christians" have bought the fake gospel of salvation without repentance. Yeshua taught a gospel that requires repentance and faith in him. Faith without repentance is a dead faith and will not save you. James said, What [does it] profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him????... Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. - Jas 2:14, 17 NKJV Yeshua came to save us from sin that leads us to death. If you are still living in sin then you have not truly repented and believed in Messiah and you have been deceived into a false gospel and are still on the road that leads to death.

@@TheLastReformation the reason i believe this is that the anti type of the reception of the HS is the law given on mount sinai. This happen 50 days after passover, just as pentecost happened 50 days after the cross. At sinai 3000 where condemned, 3000 saved at pentecost. There was sounds of thunder on the mountain (litteral meaning = tongues) etc. So we see that the law given on sinai, perfectly corrolates with pentecost. Where the law was written on tablets of stone on sinai, but with pentecost written on the tablets of our heart (heb 8:10 etc). Therefore Law is always opposed to Spirit
‘But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.’

Yes, if anyone is walking in sin, or they don't love their brother, it is very unlikely they are born again, if they are young believer's GOD will work in them to deliver them, but if they are professing Christians they are deceived. Read the epistle of John he is clear on this 1jn1 GOD is light and in him is no darkness at all, if we say we know GOD and walk in darkness we lie and do not the truth... Read this carefully many misquote verse 9, If we say we have no sin... This verse is evidently dependant on the preceding verses; he is speaking to those who say they know GOD but walk in darkness, they are in denial, deceiving themselves, as Jude says they have separated themselves sensually having not the Spirit. John gives them the answer in verse nine, If we Confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Sin must be uncovered, many fail here, this was the stumbling block to the Pharisees

@@chriswood7165 Why do you assume ? There is no doubt that sin is the outworking of something spiritual; it is the outward sign of the "spirit that now workers in the children of disobedience". That is why confession is so important; it is what GOD has required from the beginning. Adam hid his sin, he failed to confess Job confirm it. JESUS said, unless you hate yourself you cannot be his disciple. This is the casting down of self. In the scriptures people made public confession, men altered this to hide their sins. What is the objection? Can you show something in the scripture? Satan wants to keep people in darkness so he has access to them for future destruction. The sin we leave unconfessed will be the root that kills. Christians who say their future sins are forgiven must be deceived, it goes against the teaching of the Bible, unless you believe GOD has changed?

    Yeshua Ha Massiach
Acts Chapter 4 verse 12: " There is no salvation through anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to the human race by which we are to be saved."
Who is Christ? Who is Jesus?
    Born of a virgin, Mary.
Matthew Chapter 1 verse 20: " behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him (Joseph), in a dream and said, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for that (Christ)which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus, the Christ, is God's word made flesh. Jesus is Jehovah God's (The Creator's) Word made into flesh.
1 John chapter 5 verse 7: " For there are three that bear a record in heaven, The Father, The Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are one."
John chapter 1 verse 1: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John chapter 1 verse 14: " And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."
John chapter 1 verse 10: " He was in the world, and the world knew Him not."
Hebrews chapter 4 verse 12: " For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
How beautiful and awesome is God's Word, who is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, magnificent in all His glory, is He.Amen!
John's Vision Of Christ Seated On His Throne In Heaven:
Revelation chapter 4 verse 2 to 3: " Immediately, I (John), was in the Spirit, and behold a throne sat in Heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance, and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald."
Why did Christ Jesus came and sacrificed His precious life for sinners like us?
Christ (God's Word made into flesh), came because through flesh (Adam's flesh) sin entered the world, and then because of sin death entered the whole earth. Through flesh(Jesus Christ's flesh), the earth will be saved, sin is destroyed, and the curse of death shall be broken, death and the grave shall be cast into hell.
Christ, who is God's Word made into flesh, sacrificed His life for us. He was crucified for our sins and transgressions.
Christ died, and on the third day He resurrected in the flesh, conquering death and the grave. Now, Christ is seated in Heaven, at the right hand of Power(God). Through Christ's sacrifice we gain Salvation through God's abundant mercy and grace. We are reconciled and recompensed back to God, through the shed blood of His beloved Son Christ Jesus.
John chapter 3 verse 16: " For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that who ever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
Romans chapter 5 verse 8: " But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
Christ came to undo the sin and eternal death brought upon the world through the sin of Adam.
Death in Adam, Life In Christ:
Romans chapter 5 verse 19: " For as by one man's disobedience(Adam), many were made sinners, so also by one Man's (Jesus)obedience, many will be made righteous."
Romans chapter 5 verse 18: " Therefore, as through one man's (Adam's) offense judgement came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even through one Man's (Christ's) righteous act, the free gift came to all men, resulting in the justification of life."
Romans chapter 5 verse 17: " For if by the one man's offense(Adam's offense), death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in the life through the One(Jesus Christ).
Romans chapter 5 verse 12: " Therefore, just as through one man (Adam)sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned."
Romans chapter 5 verse 21: " "So that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Do you now see that through Adam, sin and death entered the world, so that is why Christ Jesus came to give life, and give it more abundantly? Yes Christ came to give eternal life through Salvation.
Adam's flesh brought sin, death, destruction, and condemnation.
Christ's sacrifice, the crucifixtion of His flesh, brings reconciliation of sins, life, resurrection, eternal life, salvation
Christ is coming back again, not as a sacrificial lamb. He is coming back as a roaring, waring lion, to destroy sin, death, and the grave once and for all. Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Hallelujah!
Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 to 13: " And behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. "
Now do you see friends, Why Christ Jesus is so so Important for our Salvation? Yes.
Now, do you understand why there is only one way to God, and that is only through Christ Jesus, only? Yes.
Christ is Salvation. Christ is our Lord and Saviour. Christ is the only way to God. Christ is the only Mediator between God and men(us humans).
God loves us so much, He does not want anyone to perish in hell. God wants all sinners to be saved. That is why He sent His Word to save the world. God's Word became flesh, and dwelt among us to save us.
Will you accept Christ and be saved?
Romans chapter 6 verse 23: " For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
John Chapter 3 verse 16: " For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that who ever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
    Salvation is free!
    Salvation is free!
Christ already paid the price, all you have to do is recieve salvation through acceptance of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach.
    So who is Christ?
He is The Word Of God. He is the Son of God. He is God. He is the image of the unseen God. He is the Alpha and Omega. He is the beginning and the end. He is the Great I Am. He is Emmanuel. He is The Christ. He is The Messiah. He is The Creator. He is our Lord and Saviour. He is our Mediator. He is the Lion and the Lamb. He is Salvation. He is the way, the truth, and life.
    Amen!
    I love you Lord!
God created the heavens and the earth with His spoken Word. Did you know that Jesus is that Word, through which all things were created? Yes.
John chapter 14 verse 6: " Jesus said to him," I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
    Colassians chapter 1 verse 15 to 16:
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him."
    John chapter 1 verse 1 to 4:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men."
I hope that you know Christ, and understand Christ better now,to the glory of God. Amen!
Christ is for all who will receive Him.

Hi Torben, I would like to ask you a question base on what you have covered about free from sin. Let's assume that a Christian has been through baptism (water & Holy Spirit). He has forsake his sins, and put his trust in Lord Jesus Christ. And in this context, and he have committed a sin example by being angry at someone or maybe not loving one neighbor as himself. I'm not saying that this Christian has a free pass to sin after receiving and accepting Jesus Christ.
So is this Christian’s future sins already forgiven?
Base on what you have discussed is he condemned to hell and cannot be forgiven anymore ?
Isn't God all knowing and he wrote author of our book of life. And he already knows that we might sin against him at some point in time ?
Ephesians 2: 8-9 says that salvation is a free gift from God and not of ourselves. Not of our works so that no one can boast.
Isaiah 64:6 says But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags; We all fade as a leaf, And our iniquities, like the wind, Have taken us away.
Our works (repentance) are like filthy rags. No matter how much we repent. Don't you agree that it is still a free gift from God to grant us His salvation ?

Torben, I repented of my sins...they were many. But there are a couple of things that keep creeping in. Does this mean I'm not saved? I'm grieved every time this happens. I fight it but, sometimes when I'm angry, or frustrated, words come out of my mouth that are sinful. I've fasted and prayed over this issue and I cannot stand that it happens. Yet, it keeps happening! It's frustrating and I don't understand why I'm not set free from this. Ive been set free from my other sins. But this mouth issue is grieving me. I don't know what to do about it. I've prayed and fasted and begged to be freed of this. Why won't it go away?

Hello, I don't know whether or not your sin leads to death. 1 John says, "All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that does not lead to death." There is a good list of sin leading to death in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10.
Do these words come out of your mouth because you lack peace and gentleness? Do these words dwell in your head and heart first and then spill out? Have you repented of the words being in your heart and in your thinking in the first place? If these words become disturbing to you by the fear of the Lord and His judgment toward words like that, can you find yourself moved enough to put those words away from you, not only from your speaking but even from your heart? And secondly, if these words are stirred up in you by the enemy, you can tell the enemy you are free by the death of Christ for sin.

Torben: Apostle Paul is wrong. ( He had a Greek mindset. ) Salvation cannot happen without holy and righteous life. You have to work hard, with all your might on your sanctification. When you have lived a clean and holy life ( relatively freed of sin because let's admit it, it is impossible to be sinless.. But your conscience will tell you that you have done sufficient work ), then you will receive your salvation. Do you know that JESUS KNOWS OUR WORKS and is calling his churches to repent and to trust in his work of salvation? Salvation belongs to those who overcome sin and darkness by his grace and truth. It’s by faith turning from our evil ways to his work of grace which will empower us to live a life in holiness which of course is also a progress. When we continue to live consciously in sin we are playing a dangerous game with a Holy God. When we do this we are profaning the precious blood of Jesus and are truly denying his sacrifice.
Don‘t twist the old covenant works of the low with the need of holiness. Without it no one will see the Lord. For this purpose we are given a Spirit of Holiness. It the work regeneration done by his Spirit.

@The Last Reformation So my understanding is that Jesus saves us from Slavery to Sin as Jesus talked about in John 8:34-36 and as Paul described in Romans 7:14-25. We who are Born Again of water and the Holy Spirit are no longer Slaves to Sin but Slaves to Righteousness, (Romans 6:18). So we CANNOT Sin against our will? As you say in a comment below "we don't go on living in willfully sin". So you CANNOT Sin with Knowledge that what you are doing is Sin? Am I understanding?
If so, we have been restored to the innocent state of Adam before he fell but as we know Ezekiel 36:25-27 takes it a step further and links to Acts 2:38 saying that the Holy Spirit who He would put in us would "cause" us "to walk in" His "statutes", and we would "keep" His "judgments, and do them."
1 John 3:9 goes even beyond this and says,
"Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he CANNOT sin, because he is born of God."
According to Greek professors this translation of the passage is correct and it is very clearly saying that because of this "seed of God" "remaining" in the person who has been "born of God" they have become INCAPABLE of committing Sin.
This seams to indicate that we who are born of God can't even Sin in Ignorance because the Holy Spirit has promised to keep us even from that.
I know that 1 John 1:8 immediately comes to mind and I do not deny that All have Sinned in the past (such were some of you ... 1 Corinthians 6:11
) but if we have confessed our sins and been forgiven and been washed/cleansed and sanctified has He not also been faithful to save us from "ALL unrighteousness" 1 John 1:9 ?
If there is a new heart and a new spirit and we have been joined with the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17) how could we be able to Sin and if so how could we be saved afterwards (Hebrews 6:4-6)?
    bless you Torben

Thank you, but I don't think you covered confession fully, there must be a reformation of confession; there is no such thing as a private confession in the whole of the Bible, only public. At some point the Catholic church introduced private confession for convenience. At Johns baptism, it was the open confession the Pharisees rejected. King David found GOD deaf to his cries for forgiveness until he was willing to confess Ps32. What did Job accuse Adam of, Job 31:33-34 We sin is to serve self, to hide sin is to exalt and protect self, to confess sin is to humble self and cast out sin. The practice of private confession is not from GOD! Neither is confessing to a priest or friend. By the mouth of two or three witnesses let every word be established. Please don't dismiss this, without asking the LORD and seeing what the scriptures say!

Yes you’re right Johns baptism was a baptism of repentance but the believers baptism is being baptized into Christ Jesus for the remission of sins after repentance Read Acts chapter 19 explains this baptism and Romans 6-2-6 Colossians 2::11,12.. Nobody could be baptized into Christ Jesus until Jesus resurrection which is where the new covenant begins. The Holy Spirit couldn’t be poured out until Jesus returned to heaven have accomplished his mission as the lamb sacrifice for the entire sins of the world. The Holy Spirit baptizes us into Christ Jesus body by using other believers. 1 Corinthians 12:13. The Holy Spirit initiates us into Christ Jesus body of believers. I’ve subscribed to your RUclips channel and so subscribe to mine. Our sins are not forgiven by confessing them but by calling on the Lord Jesus for forgiveness of all sins past, present and even future sins and then confessing Jesus as Lord and believing that the Lord Jesus Christ has dealt with all our sins on Calvary ( 2000 years ago) Believers believe and whatever we mess up we come boldly before Abba Father and thank Him for the blood of Jesus which cleanses us from all unrighteousness.
