    Thank you! I’m really enjoying your videos. I am an athlete (tennis, snowboarding karate etc) who is coming back from being house bound for the past 7 years due to Chronic Lyme disease. So while I am younger than most of your audience your videos are perfect for me. My husband is a pro athlete and he’s always on me about stretching. Love the dynamic stretching poses you shared.       I’m thinking your talking about the background. I usually shoot at the pickleball court so no matter which direction you turn it’s in the background.
